My family and I recently visited this establishment for a celebration. With reservations made well in advance with notice of two birthdays celebrations for this evening. We were immediately escorted to our table upon arrival. Our table was beautifully set. Our first round of drinks were properly served. Our server while trying to be attentive not able to do so due. to what looked like to us - short-staffed. Clearly there where other celebrations going on on the patio and in the private dining area. We were not in the private dining area. Our server seem to be running around quite a bit. Our table of seven certainly lacked much attention that it shouldve received at establishment such as this. Crusted salmon was average. The Porkchop was delicious, ribeye bone steaks were a little bit less than average. We were hoping for an outstanding dinner along service. Which could not be further from the truth. While the hostess did come by and ask how things were in passing . ?!?This is a celebration of birthdays. No complaints from our table. Were not going to complain while trying to have a nice time. Anyway, I hope readers understand that it is wonderfully decorated. And probably has better service than what we received. We are giving 2stars.. thank you for reading have a nice day.

Praise the Lord All. So me and the wifey heard about the Palms and decided to stop through on our date night. It was very empty which is normally a bad sign, but when we got in the service, decor, ambiance, and food was great. Ive eaten at lots of fine dining spots across America and wouldnt normally give a 5 star, but it received a 5 star because of the quality food prepared even with low attendance. I had the rack of lamb and told my wife, it was literally one of the best lamb plates I have ever eaten. Our waitress was so kind, humorous, knowledgeable, and attentive to details. The manager or owner was kind as well. Worth visiting. Be blessed.

It might have been because we came on Valentines Day, but the food and service came up short. Our waiter forget to order our appetizers, so they never came. My father ordered a medium rare rib eye, but it came out closer to well done. When we told our waiter, he asked my dad to cut closer to the middle. It was definitely more rare, but that didnt change the fact over half the steak was overcooked. The beef was tough, too. They did comp us a dessert. Ill give them a second chance in the future, but it will be with some trepidation.

been there 3 times and all three times, they were out of certain items on the menu and would just substitute items without asking and bring the food out different than what i ordered. What if I had food alergies. Thought I was getting chicken fetucini with asparagus, instead it was served with green beans. No price adjustment made or any acknoledgement that they were not serving it the way the menu described it. I will never go back there again.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had with restaurants. My wife and I ate her tonight for our anniversary. My new york steak was cooked perfectly and my wife had the sea bass which was nice and buttery. Prices were surprisingly reasonable for the food they offer. Cool laid back atmosphere as well.

Had higher expectations. Desert was mediocre, meals were good, steak cooked appropriately. Staff fell short - lacked bat knowledge, too much perfume, loud individual conversation in a quiet dining room. Experience not matching the price tag.

Great food Ambiance and Service! They also have some of the best Calamari in town. Great presentation and dishs are very consistent. This place is a hidden gem. If you havent stopped in I highly recommend you do.

Always lovely dining here. Never disappointed with the food and service. The construction and architecture is seriously so elegant, upscale Vegas style. Very affordable compared to other fine dining restaurants.

Need to write contract when you need to have a party there because verbal contract will be changed when you go there they charege for two services 2$ per head and also 18 percent gratuity

Never knew this place was a restaurant, yet always drove by. Food is absolutely amazing. Service was up to par. Ambiance is very romantic and relaxing. Will be back.
