This morning we thought wed try out the relatively new Krispy Kreme as they had a special. Free doughnut with a purchase of coffee. Sounds good right? Not so. First of all, they charged us for both coffees and doughnuts. Then when we questioned why we were being charged for the doughnuts, the clerk looked confused. We said we came in because of the special, free doughnut with the purchase of a cup of coffee. She said "Oh", well if you dont mention it then we dont give it to you. What the heck? Then it turned out that you got a free doughnut only after purchasing another doughnut. So now we had 4 doughnuts and 2 cups of coffee. Now this might now sound like much money, and it wasnt, but it left a bad taste in our mouths.

Ok, its opening up and people are freaking out over the customer service. There is a sweet door boy that greeted me and thanked me for coming when I got there. I think considering they had litterally 25 cars in the drive thru. And a flock of people lined up, the customer service was great! The line went relatively quick considering the amount of people and orders going out. All things considered, my donut was warm and fresh and I watched it come out of the belt from fresh dough to my belly! Just know, this is a new well overdue opening...its going to be packed when you go there! Drive thu or in store! And the workers are doing the best they can! Good donuts and great job to all the workers!

Expect delays for now, they just opened and everyone is going, the employees are new and learning, but theyre doing their best for sure. Expect alot of flavors to be out, especially during busy times. The line will probably take about 25-45 minutes, however its Krispy Kreme, youre getting the same consistent and delicious donuts you always get, and of youre from Southern or Northern California you will be prepared for all of this and love your donuts. Great Coffee(expect to wait for that as well) and stop whining about waiting.

DELICIOUS! Except the customer service was a bit odd. One of the cashiers was loud and would address each person by what they were wearing or something that stood out. I.e. There was a lady wearing a star on her sweater so she yelled out hello miss star and so on now thats not the uncomfortable part. two tall men approached the register one white and one black (skin color not that they were wearing black and white) and she yelled out "hello Mr. white and Mr. Black!" Uhmmmmm excuse me? RUDE

The line was long but moved very quickly. The service here is amazingly awesome radical dude. The employees are so polite and tubular! All of the donuts Ive shoved into my fat face were so flippin rootin tootin good! When I die, I want to be rolled under the Krispy Kreme icing waterfall so I can be encased in sugary goodness for all eternity until the sun enters its red giant phase and my body will be vaporized along with the frosting I am encased it. Rock n roll dooooods!

This place is doing amazing considering they just opened this week! The people on here writing bad reviews because of rude service or long wait times, I dare you to come down and do better! When you have to deal with hundreds of people an Hour all day all complaining about standing in line you would get a little testy as well! I tip my hat to these employees for gritting their teeth and giving the best customer service they can.

The stars are pretty much for the products. While the order was finally corrected, it took THREE trips. I only ordered a container of doughnut holes, 1 original and 1 creme filled. Ended up with 7 doughnuts (3 were incorrect and 3 more provided because she felt bad) a full dozen of original (again, she felt bad) and a container of doughnut holes. I was unaware of how difficult it is to keep doughnuts separated/organized.

These donuts dont taste like regular donuts. They are very special and extremely sweet. There is a certain taste donuts usually have that may not be appealing to some; Krispy Kreme donuts are free of this aftertaste and time after time this location proves to achieve a consistent taste in their products. The oreo creme is absolutely delightful.

This Place is a joke they might as well not even have drive threw. It took over an hour in drive threw. People walking in were getting in and out faster. On a Friday night nothing special. I dont now who the new owners are of this store but they need to do a better job. It will close soon too.

Its an all around good experience. Its fun to see the donuts made and frosted. The location is clean and easily accessible. Its 10.99 for an assorted dozen of donuts. The Kreme donuts with chocolate frosting on top are my favorite as of now. White frosting/kreme in the middle.

Its really great Krispy Kreme is back in Fresno. I just came here today to get a dozen donuts and the donuts are delicious. They even gave me a coupon for get one dozen get one dozen free next time I come in. I will definitely come by again when Im in the area.

Waited in line for an hour, ordered a simple dozen doughnuts 6 of which were only 2 flavors. Well when i got home i open my box to see i have 12 different flavors. Only 2 were flavors i ordered the rest were ones i did not even order or mention to the worker.

The hot glazed doughnuts are great but everything else is ok. The two times I went they didnt have milk, really? They were unorganized and had very little variety. The two stars are mainly for those hot glazed doughnuts, thats it.

Overall this is good place for moderately priced doughnuts. There are other places that make way better doughnuts but since they close early krispy cremes is second choice for a late night high filled sugar dessert.

They are the worst donuts I have ever had, theyre flimsy and weak,overpriced and way too sweet. I can get better donuts anywhere else in fresno. Service is crappy , lines are long and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

It seemed like a good choice to get some Krispy Kreme. The first day, it took an hour and some change. But they gave me the wrong box. Congratulations on failing one the first day, I wont go to that place again.

I was in the drive thru and they gave me my doughnuts cold. And then after making me wait 20 minutes for my iced coffee, they had the audacity to give it to me warm? Safe to say Im never going back here again.

Alot of people but worth the wait its super good. DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT LONG LINES AND WAITING 1HR. Thank you. There is only 1 krispy kreme so all of Fresno County is showing up.

I had to wait a long time to get thr chance to come here, one day i drove by and there was a short line and i could not believe it. So i went in and got a dozen doughnuts and now i love this place.

Those fresh, hot, glazed donuts took me by surprise.... friggin DELICIOUS :D. The only downside was the wait, but that wasnt a shocker. Theyre extremely sweet, more than regular donuts.
