Easily some of the worst Indian food Ive ever had in my life. I usually eat Indian food at restaurants 2-3 times a week, and am Indian myself. The Naan they served tasted, looked and felt like the ones Costco sells that you take home and put in the microwave. The Butter Chicken tasted extremely bland and tasteless. The Fish Pakora did not taste like Fish. Overall, this restaurant uses to be top notch several years ago, but Im guessing their was a change in ownership and obviously the chefs. The food is now priced higher, mixed with smaller servings and more worse quality food. Not a good combination at all. To top it all off, we never had our waters refilled during our entire hour long visit and the staff do not seem very presentable. It was clear that our water hadnt put any effort at all in her hair. It was all over the place and looked very unprofessional. I would not recomend it to anyone, and especially not people who want to try Indian Food for the first time

Without a doubt, Brahma Bull has the best food from India in the Central Valley. Ive been to all Indian restaurants around--from Fresno to Selma to Visalia--and Brahma Bull is in a class of its own. Perhaps I enjoy Brahma Bull because it offers a variety of Indian cuisine. The variety is refreshing. Also, the menu stays true to the indian palette. The service is best of any Indian restaurant in the area (the service of indian restaurants should only be compared to other indian restaurants). The re-stored ownership has really re-stored this place in my eyes.

I went last nite and it was awesome. I had butter chicken, curry chicken, veg. samosas, curry lentils, and all was perfect. Then we didnt know what to have for dessert and the waiter just got us something he thought we would like not sure what it was but it was delicious .He was nice , hospitable and knowledgeable. For those who complain about a 15 min wait dont listen to them, for one 15 min is nothing, and also with indian cuisine your served all of your food family style at the same time , be patient american your food will come.

We travel widely, love Indian food, have sought out and eaten at scores of Indian restaurants. We rate Brahma Bull at the very top in Fresno and in our favorite five in the U.S. Food is fresh and consistently delicious. The owners, Rama and Rao, are very friendly and treat us like family. Once when we were wishing for kheer (not on the buffet that day), Rama whipped some up for us in the kitchen! Weve never been disappointed in the food or service, even when weve arrived at the tail-end of lunch.

For some reason this place dont serve upto expectation now. Use to be good now their price has went up and also their food is not good. I order butter chicken and what i got was mixed of chicken and lamb meat when complaint to owner She wont agree even I showed her it was green meat chicken is never green only lamb dipped in green curry. Naans indian bread was raw i will never take my kids their again. I dont want them to get sick eating raw flour naan.

Probably a good bet for a date. Not a good option for big party. +18% gratuity for a large group should at least mean food come out together and not after half the group is done eating. Orders were repeated by server yet came out wrong multiple times even after corrections. Most food came without their compliments until after the main entree was already half eaten or cold due to wait. I love Indian food, but a very bad experience with the service.

My wife and I have been searching Indian restaurants in Fresno. Happily the search is over - Brahma is our restaurant of choice, simply the BEST! The food was excellent, presentation beautiful, service sincere, and the accomodations were very comfortable. I am sorry to those that had a bad experience - please try it again. Thank you to the staff of Brahma, please keep it up.

I was born and raised in South India, and boy I was so glad I walked into this restaurant. The Biryani and Lamb curry was excellent. The restaurant is clean and the people there are quite friendly and the food is authentic as it can get. I will be eating there for sure next time when I drive by Fresno.

I was traveling with a toddler and found this place. Homely food with awesome taste. You will never feel like eating a restaurant recipe. Its best suited if you travel with kids - their super soft chapatis , idly & dosa are my hot favorites. Will definitely visit again when I drive past Fresno.

We travel all over including England and BB was the best Indian restaurant. The flavors are phenomenal and the dinners all come with soup and desert which is unusual. It was the 2nd restaurant I ate at and will not need to search any further. We will defininitely return in the near future.

The food was amazing. The chef specially prepared the food after we ordered to ensure the food was fresh and hot. The service was excellent. The absence was kind on boring but overall this is one of the best Indian restaurants for any one who is driving from Sequoia National Park !!

Since Rao And Rama is back the service has improved very much. bathrooms are clean. The food is excellent. You have to try the Dosa ( South Indian Flat bread made with rice flour). The Chicken Curry is made with indian spices. The service is better. You have to try once.

It took more than an hour to get our food and service is really slow. We ordered a veg biriyani, paratha and more. But we got veg fried rice with frozen vegs instead of veg biriyani and chapathi instead of paratha. I love indian food but this was a huge mistake.

Plays shows open till 9:30 pm in Google Maps, 9 pm on their website. We called at 8:15 pm on a Saturday 6 Aug 2016. Nobody picked the call. We drove to the restaurant and reached at 8:35 pm to find it closed. Need to either correct timings or close restaurant

AMAZING!!! I absolutly love this place. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. You never have to wait to long for the food but the prices are a little bit on the higher end but its worth the cost

Solid Indian food and an okay substitute for Curry House if youre on this side of town. They didnt keep the dishes replenished but they were very tasty and I would return.
