Ordered the tomato soup and pasta bolognese, asked if he could check if theres any pasta other than spaghetti. I get clam chowder and the teriyaki chicken, server is super confused about what happened and calls the other server I placed my order with who confirmed that wasnt what I ordered; finally get what I did order and the tomato soup is watery and the spaghetti (of course) bolognese looks like it was made by a toddler; giant chunk of undercooked carrot in it, the ragu not cooked to the point where the minced meat is soft, and no hint of onion or celery in the ragu. Would not recommend.

Its all about the staff. Scott, Andy, Tan, Diana, EJ, and Ellen are all about making sure youre taken care of. Add in one of the nicest bars/lounges in San Ramon, and really good food, and youre going to have a great experience.
