Zion Lives

I had a veggie puff,mango pastry and masala chai here. The cake was outstanding and chai was good.The cake collections are great but are very costly. Veggie puff tasted average.There was a table with samples of diff biscuit varities. They were nice too. The only issue was there was only 1 person in the entire store and he was throughout on phone. I had some questions to ask and he was so busy talking that I had to come after paying the bill. There was a collection of pastry boxes at entrance that read "Baked yesterday-low prices". Also there was another one saying 10% discount on samosas, puffs etc if you go 1 hr before the store closes(closes at 9PM)

We were planning a birthday party and were looking for places that can make custom design cakes. After visiting dozen of shops we reached to Passage of India and glad we found them. They not only helped us in designing the cake but there price was also reasonable. The staff is very friendly and professional. While we were working on the design, we had Bombay Sandwich which was pretty awesome. They also have wide variety of pastries. Very satisfied with their service and would visit them again to try those pastries.

We bought 40 assorted pastries for a party couple of months ago. Pretty good sample set to try out. a couple of flavors were okay, but mostly all of them tasted artificial. Its good to have a Indian styled pastry shop as there are hardly any across the Bay area, but wish the taste is better. they have eggless options which is good for people who are vegetarians. the pastries tasted fresh though. Their plum cakes are second to none! maybe ill give it a try once more.

Very bad experience. We really wanted to try some chat, though we did not like their pani poori we ordered papdi chaat. The food had strange odor. The pastries were not goodeither. They only had like 4 tables we were standing and people managing that place did not offer any help. They barely cared, do not recommend this place at all.

This is my favourite bakery in Bay Area I addicted with their pastries,they make awesome custom cakes I ordered got my daughters birthday the cake was look beautiful and perfect as I needed and taste was also very delicious wanna go again thanks for passage to India Fremont.

I went to this place for few times and i am addicted to the pastries here. We can find a lot of varieties of pastries here in this place. We can find egg less pastries here and i think we need to appriciate the chef for this kind of pastries.

Chocolate cake was so good and the veg puff was very yummy. They did a great birthday cake for my daughter it was nice and very fresh. I definitely recommend this place.

Good pastries. Felt like being in a bakery in India. Puffs and rolls were over by the time we went. Their pastries are very light and less sweet. Loved it.
