I have been a customer since they opened and now I find the quality going down and prices going up. I used to buy their large rye fresh baked and still warm first thing in the morning. Today 5% increase on the price and the product is no longer even baked on site. The last loaf I got look and tasted like day old. Looks as if the store is also going to seed. Too bad. I have had French pastries in Paris and at one time the "Boul" was better. Not so sure anymore.

Great location in the heart of downtown Los Gatos. Iris took my order in a courteous and professional manner. The coffee and food was promptly served, and the quality was high. Happy to visit this location more frequently.

I always try and stop by here to grab either a hot tea and pastry or a sandwich. It has lots of table space to set our paperwork or a laptop plus free wifi.
