They have absolutely great sandwiches! My most favorite is "The Gio" which comes with their amazing honey mustard (out of this world stuff!), turkey and avocado. I get it every time Im around the area. Also they have a huge selection of wine (my fav. :P) and beer and of course all with reasonable prices. Another great thing about it is that it is family owned, which makes it 10x better to go, since I absolutely support family owned businesses.... Go for the "GiO" people! ;D

Staying in a Timeshare in Gaslamp District and just wanted some straight forward non-fancy good to eat in and watch football food.. Found Hub Deli. The looks of the place could convince one to go elsewhere but dont. High quality meats and cheeses super fresh produce and bread and YUMMY sandwiches! Friendly helpful staff. Very reasonable pricing, especially for the area. Great place to grab and go.

Seemed dirty. There was a rotted apple frozen into the ice freezer. Everyone there seemed grumpy and unfriendly and I went because it seemed a great deal--$9 sandwich with complimentary chips and drink, which was advertised on the menu on google-- but the guy at the counter said it included nothing and I ended up paying over $11. Wish I could say this place was worth the walk... but I cant.

Walked in, deli is in the back. THey have a daily sandwich special for $5.99. I opted to make my own, I had a number of different bread, cold cuts, cheese and toppings to choose from. Lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you want a sandwich downtown that isnt going to break the bank.

This place is great. Its a family owned business, and theyre always very friendly. If youre looking for a good local Deli this is the place to go. The sandwiches are great. Im partial to the "On the Sixth" one (nothing beats Turkey Bacon & Avocado).

A hidden gem in downtown thats family-owned and run. You can find anything you want here plus their sandwiches are amazing! Also, never overlook the Hummus - best in SD in my opinion - and the spaghetti. Highly recommend this place!
