Have been going there more recently because they have one of the best gluten free pizzas available. More important, today I had a problem... they made my pizza with regular crust. I brought it to there attention and they really stepped up to make it right. The manager came to me and was very apologetic and immediately made a replacement. That is not where it stopped... when he brought over the replacement pizza he tried to also refund the entire cost of the pizza. In the end, I would not take the money but ended up walking out with both pizzas and a great feeling. Mistakes happen, how those mistakes get taken care of is the most important thing. The manager at Pizza Bell on Grantline went above and beyond and made me feel valued as a customer. They deserve our business... they won a customer for life.

I LOVE this place. Service is always fantastic, and so is the food. My favorite item is, hands down, the PB Twisters - theyre giant, garlic, cheesy breadsticks, and they make the best bread here. I tried this place on a recommendation from a friend 2 years ago, and I prefer them over every major chain. They also do specials every Friday, and they have super tasty wings and ranch. I have honestly not had anything from this place that I dont like, which is a rare thing for me.

well the last to times we orderd pizza delivered and both times they were wrong . ordered then went in to pickup after waiting a hour went up to ask and it was ready and put to the side . they said sorry . the only reason I gave two stars is the pizza is good but the experience Ive had with them sucks

I recently moved to elk grove and I got coupons to a pizza bell. I decided to try it and it was one of the best pizzas I ever had. It has a upscale look and taste. Its in the small town of sheldon and everyone is so nice there. I recommend coming here even if its a little far.

Its the best pizza within 10 miles of wilton, if not the best in all of elk grove (cant honestly think of a better one this side of Florin). The chicken garlic pizza is the best on their menu in my opinion and their Hawaiian is usually very good.
