food is tasty, but customer service is poor. and dont even think of asking for a little packet of sauce....they charge for it. every time i go there, the girl at the drive through window asks me to pull up and park my car and theyll bring it out to me in just a few minutes. i have NEVER gotten my food in under 15-20 minutes. usually i have to get out of the car and walk in and remind them that im still waiting. good thing they have such good food or id never go there. 5 stars for food taste.....1 star for customer service.

Worst experience here! Ordered my food they had me park in the front because the cashier said the tenders werent ready, waited about 14 minutes for my meal. I had came home and they didnt give me by biscuits so I had to drive back, waited another 10 minutes for the biscuits! I wanted to purchase a soda and the manager Elisabeth said her soda machine was broken! These ignorant people need to get fired.

Food was good but the drive thru operator lacked good customer service. She sounded eager on the intercom as if her shift was almost over and she wanted to leave right away. When I went up to the window to pay, she was giving me my food without even looking because she was busy getting the next drive thru order. The food was dynamite, especially the biscuits!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT GO! First off, of I can rate them 0 star I definitely would. The service here is horrendous. If you like to be served by rude employees then this is the place to visit. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this dump. The Popeyes in Pasadena on Lake is way better both customer service and food quality.

I havent been to a Popeyes in some time. So I decided to give it a try. This was a Wendys location and like them offers little in the way of seating. The food though is pretty good and the service was okay. Their spicy variety of chicken is the best choice in my opinion. All in all Id recommended it if your picking up to take home.

Drive thru service sucks... second bad experience there. First was a few weeks ago. On the first occasion the employee (took my order), pulled up to the window to pay and tells me she forgot to take my order. Wtf, seriously! Incompetence at its best. Second occasion, i was told 4 mins for the chicken. Waited 15 mins!!!

I love to have lunch at Popeyes because their food is delicious and it comes with a lot of extras. I would love it a whole lot more if they had more tables inside for the clients to sit and eat in relaxation. But, till they are able to do this I will continue visiting them at least once a week.

Worst visit ever. They served 5 tickets ahead of ours and it turned out they misplaced ours somewhere in the back. Wait time 30 minutes. If not for my in-laws waiting at home for the food, I would have canceled this order. So, nope. Skip and go somewhere else.

This has been my favorite Popeyes since i moved to the area. Its quite clean and i love Popeyes, however its super small, thank God for the drive through, but that can sometimes get packed, too
