Updated edit to a over 4-month-review The setting/ interior design is great. Tables and chairs have variety of sizes and all near a plugin spot. The location and different sections of the place gives a good amount of privacy. The lounge corner is a nice peaceful area with some comfortable chairs Music is ambient but recognizable artists (occasionally gets you singing along) The reason for the update: this location used to have bad wifi It seems they have up their game! Wickedly fast, works well with apps, laptops never seem to delay Just your average amount of people in a starbucks store, does not get crowded except for the few times in rush hours I was speaking to an employee and it seems they have new hires who are extremely nice! Due to frequent asks, they have exceptional Fraps and Strawberry Acais

This has one of the largest seating areas of any Starbucks Ive seen in Los Angeles. Tons of tables lots of outlets. Its great. If you need to study for class or read a book or get some work done, this is a good place to come. Also the music is not too loud like it is at other Starbucks. The downside is that its busy so theres almost always a line at the counter. Also the Wi-Fi is super slow. I tried to run a speed test and it didnt even finish. If youre coming here for Wi-Fi you should think about trying someplace else.

The service here is so horrible. A girl with thickish black glasses and black hair helped me when I ordered my drink she had a I dont care attitude and I had to repeat my order twice because she wasnt paying attention and left me with money in my hand because she left abruptly. While this was going on the other bartista with star tattoos behind her ear was making a drink and talking badly about another customer with the girl that helped me.This Starbucks needs a new store manager and a new staff PRONTO

I was at Starbucks on December 2014 and hassled to buy something by the supervisor. I was like WTF, I was not even thirsty for anything. I have attended many Starbucks and never told or forced to buy something. I guess they are desperate for money. Thank goodness I dont go to that Starbucks on Firestone. The location really did not not look very clean. In my opinion, I rather stick to Alhambra. Great atmosphere and a place where people are not forcing you to buy something.

worst service ever. I went with my mom and dad & before we were about to leave, my dad sent me to get him more water. When I got to the cashier, the two baristas were on the side chatting and on their phones not paying attention. One of the workers came from the back because he was putting away things before closing and he told them "theres a customer" they completely disregarded what he said and continued to be on their phones talking.

All Starbucks are well oiled machines. No different here. The parking lot is alittle small but usually able to find parking. Need a drive thru one in this area. Quick and friendly service here. The seating area looks alittle over used. Probably because theres so many people that comes here. Still its a good place to chill, read, hang out for a bit with a good cup coffee.

this place sucks balls! i remember when this starbucks opened and how it retained some of the intimacy that one often looks for when going to small coffeehouses like this one. starbucks used to be that kind, but then, of course, became too commercial and now its extremely loud and busy and the clientele is just ghetto.

Going to the same location for 2 year . Im very happy with there employees . I read some of the neg comments from other people. Im glad they stop coming . it a coffee shop not there home . Stop crying. Keep it up starbuck I love your service.

the staff here are so quick to get orders. they could have a line out the door, and still give me my coffee in less than 10 minutes. the coffee quality is also very satisfying. I love it here and go out of my way to work to visit them.

An average Starbucks. Quite similar to most other locations. Is occasionally dirty but its not much of a problem. Its right next to Stonewood Mall, a great place to buy coffee before or after a visit to the mall.

This is my go to location. Very close to home. Only wish they had a drive thru. As with all locations friendly staff and consistency. Drink is right every single time. Plenty of sugar free /low sugar options.
