ive been coming to this place for many years now and have to admit this is my favorite coffeehouse in the area. the service is great, the food good and inexpensive; it can get loud on friday nights and weekends, but other than that, every other night is very peaceful and quiet. you can park at the theater or if youre lucky enough you can find parking right outside the cafe. i used to come here a lot play chess outside on their patio, it was great.

I wanted to find a place that I could take my friends to for a nice lunch and a good latte, and this is the perfect spot. Would definitely recommend, you cant go wrong here, theyve got a lot to choose from. I suggest the Vanilla Soy Latte or a Third Street Mocha for a nice cold drink on a hot day. Theyre open late too :)

Last week I find a wonderful cafe shop. I want to recommend it to every people. If you have free time in the afternoon, I advise you can take a book you like to go there and buy a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is very quiet and you can enjoy your time. I think you can relax your body and heart here.

I ordered couple of weeks ago a panini chicken sandwich and I asked for no pickles and other vegetables and the manager gave me a weird look and an attitude I dont appreciate the fact just because I like my sandwich plan and simple he shouldnt be giving me an attitude to began with.

Love this place, I prefer coming here than any other brand name coffee shops. There is something nostalgic about this place, I enjoy my coffee outside in the morning. By the way a lot of locals stop by and is easy to start a conversation with people you know.

Stopped in before seeing a movie. Sandwhich came out within 5 mins of ordering and was delicious! We got the deluxe grilled chicken panini with avocado and bacon and it was packed with avocado! Yumm we are definitely coming back and soon!!

Great little cafe hidden away in the neighborhood. Better than most coffee and donut shops when it comes to their brew but definitely not a coffee specialist. Id say a nice well rounded place with great food options.

The sandwiches are good, the salads are okay. But the green tea latte boba is really freakin great, I can not recommend it enough.
