Seems to be permanently closed. It was 1230pm and hot AF. Signage to find the place was bad too. Update: I went back the next day at 7pm and it was open. Paletas and agua de fresa (#AguaDe...) were bomb. And the workers were nice.

The latte and chilaquiles were delicious! Its also a nice place to get some work done since they have free Wi-Fi. Definitely coming back to try the breakfast burritos and cafe de olla!
