I was searching for a bakery that delivery around Pasadena since I live in N. Cal for my sisters birthday. I was fortunate enough to find Lovebirds online. After reading the reviews and speaking with someone on the phone I knew this would work out. The staff I spoke to were SUPER helpful and nice. My sister received the delivery at the time I scheduled it and it looked great. I wanted to thank everyone include the delivery staff for the work with my order. This was a very speacial order so......I appreciate all the time it went into it. Thank you for the great service.

Been a few times and enjoyed a coffee and pastry. Ordered a soup and sandwich - will not order cream of broccoli again . . . ever, but the sandwich was fine. Fresh bread, lettuce, tomatoes. Service was excellent. Tables are small and 2 out of 3 times sat at one which was not balanced. I will return.

Great Sandwiches! To be honest with you, I didnt get what I ordered but I got what I wanted. So, I am sure you can have just about anything on the menu and it will taste good. This helps for the times when you are indecisive and just want something tasty to eat.

I love this bakery for their tarts and croissants. Their coffee is mediocre but if you need a quick caffeine fix, it will do. The prices are reasonable and they will give you samples. Customer service is eh but if you catch them on a good day, youre in luck.

Sadly this used to have freely sliced meats for sandwiches that were pulled high however the last turkey sandwich was gross luncheon meat that was several days old. Im not sure if they are having financial issues or what but that isnt relevant

I like their specialty menu but its no fun when they run out of their own specialty menu ingredients. Not particularly thrilled about their salads but their sandwiches/paninis are good and stacked. Desserts look good but have yet to try any.

Half-portion shredded chicken Caesar was adequate as a meal and tasted great (I think adding a cup of soup would have been a good addition. Next time.). Day two: Delicious French Dip. Ill visit again the next time Im in Pasadena!

It literally just took 15 minutes to put 8 bagels in a bag and there was nobody else in line. They warmed them up and cut them without asking and then individually wrapped them, wasting a huge amount of packaging.

Prices are reasonable and worth it. Get a simple ham and swiss on a crossiant and its delicious every time. Can get a bit busy and parking isnt the greatest but a to go bag is just perfect.
