As a serious burger aficionado, I was highly unimpressed with this restaurant. The "double" burger was a single patty, apparently referred to as a double because it had twice the meat of a regular patty. I prefer my double burgers to be double in the traditional sense - two patties. The onion rings were battered and fried well, but completely and utterly flavorless. The lavendar lemonade was okay, but could use a little bit of sweetener. On the flip side, the service was good and the staff was friendly, so that was a plus. All in all, not terrible; but nothing I would ever choose to experience again.

This was my first time at Burger Lounge. My husband and I ordered lamb burgers and 1/2 and 1/2 fries/onion. We thought the burgers were delicious! I was especially surprised by the great service. We ordered at the counter like at a fast food place, but the difference was that once we were seated, the waiters/waitresses checked on how we were doing, asked whether we needed refills/condiments, and offered to grind pepper on our burgers. We were treated like we were eating at a fine dining restaurant!

Amazing food and above and beyond exceptional customer service. They even served water to dogs that were with their owners eating on the patio. They escorted the elderly out of the facility to avoid crowding and ability for easy exiting. I have never seen customer service this amazing! Pete is absolutely amazing and deserves a lot of credit for the wonderful environment of this restaurant! Job well done!! A+++++++

The burgers and fries were really good but I cant justify a full meal for $15, even if they are organic. And for some reason, organic food never seems to feel me up. I finished my meal and I was left hungry. This lot can be a nightmare at times. The management company needs to invest in more parking spots or a parking garage. Im pretty sure most customers will drive somewhere else if theres no spots available.

Super friendly and caring service, great company background of "original grass-fed cows", which makes me feel like Im contributing to a healthy cow community. Burgers were A++, seared to perfection: " crispy on the outside, pink on the inside". Great house made ranch, great crunchy onion rings and savory fries. 10/10 would recommend for a casual dinner with friends.

The service was great, nothing on the employees. The food tastes great. The big problem I experienced besides the outrageous prices was the fact that when you ask for a lettuce wrapped burger it is not wrapped. There a piece under it and a piece on top you can not pick it up and eat it, they give you a fork and a knife. Totally defeats the purpose

The burgers here are awesome and they use grass Fed meat and the onion rings are awesome as well. The service here is really good, especially the manager, he sometimes will you give you a sample of the soda. I think Im thinking of the manager thats around during lunch. Oh they have bacon now and thats pretty nice.

I love the rotating specialty burger, especially the elk or bison burger. They have to be eaten rare, or medium rare max. Anything more will shorten the fibers too much, and turn it into a hockey puck. The last time I ordered rare, they forgot to sear the 2nd side and it was mushy. The onion rings are delicious.

Cashier charged me double for my beer, then threw a fit when I asked for a receipt. She then short changed the lady that came in right behind me. She didnt have a name tag, but it was June 24th 2016 at 4:30. Obviously taking something off the top. Burger was good though, lol.

Food is good, but not as many options as they used to have. Staff is friendly. We like the gluten free options and ability to dine with our dog at our feet in the outdoor seating area. Plus, the staff brings us a water bowl for the pup most every time.

Great place with nice people. The cashier did not add fries to my order they brought me one for free without even asking. Will definitely be a regular here. Good job guys the classic burger is to die for and the fries the best anywhere I have tasted.

This is the first Burger Lounge we discovered, and man were those burgers good. A little pricey, but these are not your ordinary burgers. Great choice if you are craving a burger and want something special.

The grass fed beef Lounge Burger is my personal favorite in San Diego. Restaurant is gluten free conscious. Ask for gluten free and you will not get the usual - i dont know what you are talking about reply.
