Ordered 3 dinners, when we go home we noticed one was not correct, called them up and the young lady said we could take it back and they would fix it, I informed her that wed just arrived home after a long day and werent up to spending the time (or gas) to do that tonight. She talked to the manager and she told me to leave my name and number and that I could go within a week to get the correct order made at no charge. So, we rearrange the dinners so that although no one had what they wanted, everyone would have something they would actually eat. Then I get a call from (the very nice) young lady who tells me that she misunderstood her manager-he wanted us to bring the food back tomorrow, to have it remade. Thats genius! Except what should the third person eat tonight? And since the wrong order was chicken tenders a kid ended up with them and had started eating them already, should we take it out of his mouth because THEY made a MISTAKE-TWO ACTUALLY. My family has been going to P&G Burgers for nearly 20 years and recommending it to people about as long, but after this experience neither will happen again!

So the first time I came herE I ordered an Alvarado bacon chesse burger with zucchini fries. The lettuce taste like old stale dirty water. Whigh grossed me out. Then the zucchini fries were soggy not to mention it took me north of 35 minutes to get my order. So I decided to give it a second go today. My daughter and husbands orders came out perfect. And in less than 20 minutes. Howevery my order a chicken breat sandwich took 45 minutes to come to my table. At which time my family was completely doNE with there food. Then the rude waitress was just like oh sorry it takes longer to cook. This EXCUSE would have worked. If the family sitting next to me who ordered a chicken sandwich as well didnt receive there order 20 minutes before I did. Not to mention my family had ordered and sat down before they even placed there order. Rude. So if u dont mind waiting ridiculously long for cold food and a rude young lady to bring your food with some bullshit excuse go for it.

I visited this place twice on consecutive days, noticing it as I was heading for McD and sensibly changed course. Their burgers are great and fries are the big steak house type. I ordered to go the first day and their to-go portions are much smaller than the eat-in servings as I found the second day. In fact the eat-in servings are comically huge. Sadly their onion rings let them down, compared with the good burgers; being battered with what looked like card board and tasted the same - Im guessing they were bought in frozen. On the upside service is friendly and attentive and the manager table-surfs to make sure everyone is OK. Theres good WiFi in there too. Id definitely go back and try some of the quite extensive menu beyond burgers.

Horrible customer service the owner actually had an employee disturb us while we were eating our food saying they forgot to charge us for ranch we never ask for a receipt because we always pay with debit so its not like we we did it on purpose, I just thought it was very unprofessional to disturb us while eating, it left a bad taste in my mouth and an overall bad experience, I hadnt been here in months so I decide to get over it and guess what it happened again but this time they forgot to charge us for bacon

Went through drive through person on the other side could not hear me..so we went inside I told them what had happened n that I wanted my food to go since I had mg disable son at home n needed to get to him asap...my order was given to someone else...then after redoing over our order was wrong....finally when we did get it half our good was cold...I dont blam the cooks I blam the two ladies in the front that can not communicate with each other...Mine u we were in front of them the whole time..

Ive been to this location a couple of times and the burgers are pretty good. There were a bit more onions than my taste. Also the beef was kind of dry. Id probably give this place another chance, as long as I was there during the day... Its not in a super great area and the drive thru made me feel like I was somewhere sketchy. Ive never been inside so I cant really comment on that. Its not a bad place and generally better than some of the other options in the area.

The food is decent the fries and onion rings that come with the combos are massive portions but the customer service is the best Ive ever experienced in fast food. They checked on me and my wife four times while we are dining to make sure everything is okay. Its not like they were waiters, it was more like dining room valet. They werent trying to kiss but to earn tips because this is fast food after all but, actually making sure that we were taken care of.

P & G burgers is the best burger joint in Colton. Its a family owned restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The burgers are great and the portions are huge. Not in the mood for a burger, try the grilled chicken salad, its excellent. Drive thru is a little tight so if you have a large vehicle it might be better to park and go inside. They charge 50 cents for ATM so thats a little annoyance, but other than that theyre great!

Food is fresh and burgers come with side choices of steak fries, fried zucchini or fresh garden salad. Not in the mood for a burger, no problem! They also serve breakfast all day (eggs, hash browns, bacon, avocado, cheese, toast, salsa), variety of sandwiches (chicken, steak, pastrami, blt, etc.) big salads, good vanilla, strawberry or oreo cookie shakes. Fast pace and sometimes very loud.

Been coming here for years (approx.15 ) im 30 now lol...but great to actually have the privilige to see a great mom nd pop restaurant change over time and only get better...i love the service the atmosphere and how the owners are there prettty much everyday and so involved with their business to make sure wach of their customers is happy with their dining experience

Worst place ever! The Sierra Mist gave my husband a reaction. He always gets Sierra Mist and has never experienced anything like this. His face is so red and purple. The Sierra Mist tasted like fungus or something that has been sitting there for a long time. And the burgers werent even anything special and they were so expensive. In N out is better than this!!

I can say that without a doubt P&G is the best "mom and pop" style of burger joint. Pete and his family are amazing. Great food, great portions and great prices. The homemade ranch is an excellent compliment to your entree and the Fat Elvis is a wonderful treat to end your meal. I would give a dozen stars if I could.

Dude this place is like a favorite to almost everyone in our city. Im 27 now been coming since I was 12. Can never go wrong with a burger theyre so good. Breakfast is bomb too I get the steak and eggs. And what better way to top off your meal than a nice cold shake made with thrifty ice cream!? Definitely a must have!
