Food is fairly priced and portions are reasonable. Menu has plenty of nice, light lunch, or healthy hearty brunch options. Environment is very relaxed and earthy. Candles, books, paintings and other adornments cover the inside. It has an aesthetic similar to the chill place of that one buddy you probably have. The staff, however, were the slight lowlight of the place. They were very apathetic with a slightly judgy attitude. They didnt answer many questions thoroughly, and seemed to adopt a if you get it, you get it, if you dont, then you dont mentality. The food though, was delicious. Vegetables were crunchy, bread was soft, and everything was farm to table fresh. I would recommend the tofu curry sandwich, but the turkey pesto is also delicious. Overall, it is well worth braving a mildly pretentious staff to get a taste.

Delta of Venus is a gem here in Davis. Its Vegan friendly, but has plenty of carnivore options for those that crave it. You can bring any type of person to Delta, and they will love it. The food is inexpensive, and the quantities are more than ample. The Vegan Veggie Tofu Scramble is out of this world. and seasoned to perfection. They have monthly art gallery showings, which decorate the inside of the place for local artists, and live music all the time. It does get very busy and crowded, especially for Sunday brunch, but it is well worth the wait! They also serve beer and have mimosas as well, although I havent had one yet. It is also dog friendly, as you can sit outside with your pups. Awesome place to relax AND to have a great time!

This restaurant offers some terrific sandwich choices and breakfast foods as well. Their turkey sandwich was outstanding, and the hummus sandwich is equally as good (and garlic-y). If the weather is great, be sure to eat outside, where youll get a slice of Davis life. Service was great. A must-visit if youre in the Davis area.

The foods good, fresh, and inexpensive. The atmosphere is low key, and its about the only live music venue left in Davis. I have seen some amazing music here. They also have a great selection of good beer for prices way lower than the yuppie bars in Davis. There really is nowhere else like it.

Excellent food here with a bit of a stuffy atmosphere if youre stuck inside. The outside seating is pretty big and looks great though. I had the Mexican scramble and really enjoyed it. The coffee was not too bad but I think I will try the americano next time.

Great atmosphere, good food and a fun, casual place to take people for lunch or just drinks. Its very convenient for walking to and from east side of campus, so it makes a great meet up spot or quick break from classes and on campus functions.

Food is good, but coffee is terrible and tea is mediocre. Always super busy and crowded, but can be good for large groups working if youre lucky enough to grab a couple tables. Overall, Delta is okay, but is a good backup to know of.
