How can i reach the store manager of this place? I went her with my family yesterday around 5pm and i requested for some coconut mocha mochiato and i asked her if i can sub the coconut with something else. And thats where the african american lady started giving us attitude. The lady that took our order complains everytime she turn around like we cant hear her. Like ( UGHHH THIS PEOPLE!!!!!). hello?! We can hear you! And i feel sorry for your co workers. Theyre so quiet like they just want to finish that shift with you. because of all your complaining the whole team suffers. Also the whole team gets bad comments. If you dont want to be there then just quit. Dont drag the whole company down with you. I love starbucks but people like you make it look bad.

Since the remodel, its harder to get a place to sit. If you do get lucky, its a decent place to get some studying/work done. People are friendly or keep to themselves. Its open 24 hrs and staff do pretty well with cranking out orders so the lines dont stay too long. I dont know if its just the heavy traffic or none of the staff want to be stuck on bathroom duty, but the bathrooms are perpetually disgusting. Be prepared to hold your breath, or use the bathrooms in the plaza.

I love this starbucks! They get your drinks really quickly despite the long line. Everyone ere is friendly and I love how this is 24 hours so definitely a great place to study if you cant at home or an apartment. How can you go wrong with studying and coffee? Its not hard to find parking either, so no stress. Everyone is super friendly here and there was free wifi! Just keep in mind that the line can get pretty long since this is such a popular place.

Bathroom was a disaster! Long line of customers waiting to order and for their drinks. When it was my turn, I kindly told the employee that the bathroom needed attention. As I waited for my drinks, I saw him tell someone else to take care of it. Its the only bathroom they have, but theres way too many people using it. Needs to be checked more often.

Its great that its open 24hrs but its middle schoolers and high schoolers hang out. Theyre generally rude creatures. Pretty loud with tons of loud families hanging out. Its 8pm and I have no idea why these ppl and kids are not at home.

This is the worst starbucks Ive ever been to. It takes them almost ten minutes to make a simple coffee. Terrible customer service, especially this one older lady who is never short of smartass condescending replies.

Clean store, convenient to the adjacent large shopping area. Plenty of parking. Customer-service needs work. Screwed up my drink the 1st time. How hard is it to make hot chocolate that tastes like chocolate?

Customer Service was Horrible. Everytime I go there it seems as though this one particular employee is always in a bad mood. I have refuse to go back to this location because she is just plain rude.

Its not Peets. The coffee is what youd expect. Its hard to find seating here. There is some outdoor seating but its always cold in Daly City. The staff dont dawdle here but never seem very happy.

Its no Westlake Coffee Shop, but free Wi-Fi, a corner location, and a modest fountain out front make this a decent place to at least visit while passing through the shopping center.

Worst Starbucks bathroom Ive ever seen. Was here at 5am and it was disgusting, cAmerican back at 8:15am and it was still disgusting. They pay zero attention to the co-ed bathroom.
