Im the AGM at the jamba next door to this Starbucks. I stop in there fairly often or have one of my staff stop in there to get us coffee. Staff is always very rude, they take absolutely forever and when we finally get our drinks they either arent exactly as we ordered them or they are very poorly made. Its sad my team and I love having Starbucks next door so we can get our caffeine fix but spending all that money on poorly made drinks is a waste of time.

Sunday 5 p.m. 20 July 2014. LOUSY service. Took 10 minutes to get a tall latte, and there were perhaps 6 customers in the entire place. Staff unfriendly and curt, the few staff present, that is. Common table sticky gooey unclean. A terrible place. The only reason I go is that this outlet is near my home. Uggghhh.

Same as most of the Starbucks think thay might have clone it but this one has a bigger patio if you dont like the pastries there is a very good donut shop next door and sometimes I do go there after getting coffee at Starbucks
