Custumer SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, ive BEEN WAITING FOR HALF AN A HOUR AND NOBODY APPROACH ME,, servers just keep walking around without saying a word no courtesy at all, Ive been to this restaurant and my order is always wrong and server is not even apologetic, so everytime I go,, i give no tip. Its always a long wait . waiting is fine when its busy but its its not . in this restaurant u wont feel welcome at all. I tried to get the attention of the server and the server just looked at me, not a smile not a word, but completely ignored me.. Theres also 2 guys that has been sitting for a long time and decided to leave.. we all left.. because of lack of good custumer service.. I WENT TO BUZZ IN INSTEAD As soon as I got in,, only took 5 minutes and I was served,.

The weekend security guard threatened to either "i can kick you out or kick your ass" because his drunk roommate said i dont like these guys, they look young. I go to this bar at least 3 times a week, and i get this kind of service because there is an mma fight going on? Also, i will be speaking with andrea (representative of the American Pool Association) about the razzles team in Everett getting "special treatment" for being a home team. Ive taken part in APA for 5 years and have never been told "they get to play free cause they are our team" even though my teammmate owns our home bar.

New owners and management, The staff is great, the food is great bar food. Just what you want for a nice night out at the bar. Karaoke for those that like to sing, dart boards, pool tables, tables to sit at and relax. Full of hometown teams. Seahawks, WSU, Huskies. Yes they are leaving out a few like storm, mariners, sounders. But even with that said this is once again the most understated bar in Everett. I recommend coming on down and checking it out. The atmosphere ia relaxed and fun.

This bar has quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced from multiple members of their staff. When you order a drink and dont receive it for 20 mins and then God forbid you say an thing about it without getting attitude from the staff, extremely unprofessional behavior. Just an all around horrid series of experiences on a consistent basis, even though its the closest bar to the house I will go out of my way to avoid it henceforth.

Tried calling to see how family-friendly turns out they have a phone but dont know how to use it! After 30 mins. I figured their services are on par customer service. Having been there before nothing has changed! Food is crap , pool tables( worse) prompt service to be desired ( busy or not ) , to make matters worse I normally have to go to the bar to get service! One star because it is family friendly to a point.

Went out Friday night for the Seahawks game, no more than 20 people in the bar, server came in, I asked for water and a menu and never came back, had two more friends coming over and told them to not waste their time, decided to visit a different location. Server was chatting with someone at the bar for a long long time

Do NOT eat here. If you want to waste $12 order the Razzle burger. Burger King makes a burger for $4 that far exceeds the Razzal burger. Good place to watch a game, lots of weird, sometimes threatening locals, most work for Boeing, so they all know each other, and can be pretty loud and rude.

Nothing special. Food wasnt bad at all, and decently priced. Service got the job done. Plenty of TVs to watch random sports though radio (which played mostly 90s pop) speakers were crackling throughout. I wouldnt mind going again, though nothing really stood out.

Staff was friendly, drinks were well-made and inexpensive, and wings were tasty. But best of all, there were plenty of pool tables, and the equipment was in great shape. Next time, I may even sing in karaoke.

Its a hit and a miss. More good than not, but there can be some days where the waitresses or bartenders just arent the best. But they hold big UFC fights and Football games with average food. Good place overall.

I arrived on the night of their Halloween party so it got more and more hectic as the evening progressed. Their staff remained friendly and attentive. The food was great. All in all a very enjoyable evening.
