The online process makes ordering easier and faster, unfortunately it cant remove human error, which seem very common at this location...a wide variety of reoccurring problems and mistakes from Wrong order, Incorrect Payment processing, Lack of change (change for a $20 by driver) No cheese, by and very rarely rudeness when you call into ask for corrected mistakes. Why dont I switch? The Pizza is Bomb when correct, they have great deals and I used to work for Pizza Hut, so I know its not the companys quality, just some much needed fine tuning with the management/staff.
