The service at this location showed by one of the male employees was disgusting. I went Sunday evening around 8pm and it was my first time at the pleasure point location and it will be my last. The employee seemed to be more worried about hanging out with his 2gal friends away from the cashier than practicing good customer service. He made our visit extremely unenjoyable as he constantly kept rolling his eyes at us. I have never experienced this horrible service at the pacific avenue location despite always being busy

Phenomenal flavors. Real fresh mint choc chip. Tahitian vanilla bean. Salted caramel. But these names arent marketing codswallop, they are genuine descriptions. Make sure to ask for the Marshmallow Fluff topping - with the blowtorch finish! They also know which items are gluten free! Kids cone $2.50 and a decent but not glutton size.

Why is there no espresso 40 minutes before closing? Ice cream was great, but I really need some coffee to go with it. It doesnt take that long to shut down an espresso machine, keep it going til close!
