Summary: The moment we enter the door we were smack in the face with humidity. I mean for an ice cream parlor I expect the temperature to be under 70 degree. Food: Vanilla Ice Cream and Custard was to die for. Most place tends to overdo it with sugar or syrups, but this place makes it with precision. Service: The wait was a bit long but somewhat understandable since there was a long line (each customer happen to try a dozen samples) and there was only one employee at the time, I guess that is why there is a Wanted Sign by the window. Overall: I just wish you guys would turn on the AC so that we could take our time and enjoy each spoon of these self delicate custard instead of turning it into an eating competition. And as a suggestion, narrow down your quantity of samples. You may please one customer but youre actually pissing off the other three in line.

If this place was here when I still went to UCI, I would probably be here weekly haha I love sweets and desserts!! Im not as crazy about italian ice as I am about the frozen custard. I really like their hazelnut, thai tea, and green tea custards. The only combo/"parfait" that I was able to try was their Reeses Peanut Butter cup. It sounds weird to have peanut butter italian ice with chocolate (I opted for hazelnut instead) custard, but I thought it was pretty damn good. Plus, the prices are pretty cheap compared to all the bougie little dessert spots in LA/OC nowadays. 5% off with yelp check-in and they also have a frequent buyer card. Not that much of a discount, but I appreciate their efforts haha Plus, they are SUPER nice about letting you sample different combos and different flavors. GREAT SERVICE! Will definitely come back if I am in the area again.

Store is pretty pimped out in like adorbs Off the bat, these are some of the buffest workers Ive seen in my life with hella gangstuh tats Mi amigos were like they probz be doing some drugs deals in the back or something OFF the Bat the owners were REALLLLLLY nice I think our group ended up trying over 9000 samples. So whats different about this place? Well first off, this isnt your cheap yogurt, its actually CUSTARD so its a lot more creamy and thick ( no homo) The sorbet is flavorful and they have a ton of premix combinations. Price varies from 3-5 dollars with the sizes Small Medium and Large. Although this shop is in the middle of a ghetto ass plaza its near Costa Mesa Mall. Not bad not bad, I actually went here twice in a week!

I visited this establishment with my brother. In the middle of serving me the server was approached by a male to whom she turned to, embracing and kissing, and then continued to serve me. This public display of affection inches from my face made me and my brother uncomfortable. I feel public displays of affection are slightly inappropriate but when an employee of an establishment decides to engage in a one while working is entirely inappropriate, much less to do it inches from a customer after you stop serving them to do so.

I would come here over Frostbites any day. They have many more options as far as custurd and the flavors seemed to be better and more fresh than Frostbites. My only complaint is parking is a bit difficult to find and the prices were a bit high (up to $6 for a small cup). Then again, this is OC and those prices are about average for the area.

Ive been here twice, both times I have no idea what I was ordering, but it was some type of Italian cookie dipped in chocolate with something that looked like ice cream (but isnt called that) sandwiched in between. If you go here, get that, just read them this and theyll probably know what youre talking about.

Better Than Joes, better than tootsie, Best Italian ice place ever! Used to work next door and get some for free all the time! Now I drive about 20 minutes whenever Im in the mood for ice cream, italian ice, something cold, or sweet I love all the workers super nice and the owner and his family are great too!

Not great but not terrible at the same time. A bit like ritas, but just not as good. Its a small mom and pop shop, but the appeal is just okay. The custards not the greatest but the ice is tasty but cmon its flavored ice...it could be cheaper.

Used to work next door and get it for free, Now I drive about twenty minutes for it!! Totally worth it and the employees are so genuinely nice and friendly. The owner and his family are great such sweet people!

I got the strawberry margarita, vanilla custard and blueberry. After trying numerous samples! The owner was sweet, patient and recommended many combos. The custard was very rich and smooth.
