Put the weed down! It almost seems like these guys dont want to work here! Hello! Im still ordering here. I dont want to know my total until Im done ordering my food! Ask me if I would like anything else for crying out loud! One day they forgot to put something in her bag. I had to drive all the way back and pick it up. I asked them what they normally do to compensate for me having to drive all the way back? The manager told me she would give my phone number and have the store manager call me. Never got that call. This was about a week ago. Customer service at this location is going downhill

Wash your hands if you handle someones money then touch their food. If youre sweeping and forget someones scone, at least change your gloves before you touch the product. That should be common sense 101 when handling food. Lost a customer. Last put your uniform on away from the registers. Nobody needs to see you get dressed and then once again, not wash your hands before you touch product. Panera bread is supposed to be good and fresh. Not this crap. Ugh

OMG my wife loves this place, kids too I guess. I just cant get full, is that bad thing? It is tasty food and its healthier than fast food. Why do I prefer fast food though? That full feeling in my belly. Really good food though. Location is fantastic. Used to be Crispy Creme Donuts

They screw up every time. No exceptions. Nothing but people who failed in life and hate you for spending money on sandwiches. Poor losers who cant even get an order straight. Probably got fired from McDonalds for being too stupid. Manager is a tool as well. Avoid like the plague, as youll probably catch it from these grade school educated rejects.

The short and sweet: Ambiance: 3 Service: 4 Food: 4 Panera is a good chain restaurant. The food is always really good, I have never had a bad meal here. The staff is friendly. And the place is kept very clean. Not to mention that their menu choices are packed with healthy options. So, its all good here.

This is my second time at this location, ordered full salad and for the second time its tiny af. I pay 8$ for there salad and it tastes soooo good but this locating makes them so much smaller then all the outher locations Ive been 2. Going to stop coming here now, uploading pics of this sad salad.

I work across the street and buy panera pretty much every day I open...Im addicted to the breakfast sandwiches on ciabatta bread and various bagel breakfast sandwiches and Ide recommend it to anyone..so far the lunch sandwiches are decent too

Horrible service and horrible manager response. They call this a avocado sandwich. If this is not false advertising I do not know what is. Compare what they advertise to what I got. Complained to manager and district office and no response.

Took a about 15 minutes to prepare and hand out a frozen lemonade, and nobody said what the item was or who ordered it they just set it on the counter amongst many similar orders and walked away. The lenonade was quite good though.

2nd time Ive been to this location and they were out of "retail bread", I love the bread to much to quit Panera altogether but Ill be going to Roseville from now on, at least that one is properly managed

One of my favorite places. So glad there is a better drive through option in town. As a mom with small kids it is nice to get something other than a burger. Great food good price.
