Ive been to this Habit burger establishment a couple times now and I wouldnt be giving them such a low rating if it wasnt for the unfortunate bug we found in yesterdays order. I will say this, they are the only Habit Burger establishment that offers garlic fries and my god do they do it well if you eat it there fresh! Theres nothing else that really stands out besides that, then again it is your typical fast food franchise and I wouldnt have expected anything different... This brings me back to my main point of why Im giving them 1/5 stars opposed to the initial 3/5 or 4/5 I was going to toss their way. I picked up some dinner from here last night to take back home for the girlfriend and I to devour since we still had a couple free charboil cheeseburger coupons left. It was a simple order of two garlic fries and two charboil burgers, one of which was protein style. Fast forward to when I got home and were ready to eat, my girlfriend looks at her protein style burger and notices a bug on the lettuce. The thing looked like it was just chilling on the lettuce and one of the workers took their hand and squashed the little guy when putting things together. I find this unacceptable and if this wasnt take out, you best believe I would have brought this up to the manager. With all that being said, Im not sure that Ill ever want to step foot back into this particular Habit Burger after last nights incident. Future customers beware of bugs you may consume in your food! *shakes head*

I was decidely underwhelmed by my Double Char with Fries combo meal. Initially impressed with the modern interior and broader menu than In-N-Out, it left me wanting. As a first time visitor, my method is to order it as its served, to get the creators intent. Then, on subsequent visits start experimenting with proven remixes to keep it interesting. Id heard that this place was "as good as In-N-Out" but different. I disagree. This place was different, but not better. The fries were especially lack-luster, especially when compared to the fresh-cut product served elsewhere. The meat was juicy, tasted like beef, and was served piping hot. I found the burger to be boring and without cheese as a standard fixing, flat and hard to swallow, literally. Shredded lettuce doesnt win any quality points as this could be easily delivered, as served, in a bag. On the whole, the dining experience was good, to above average for a fast food joint. The pleasant and cheerful manager even came by to ask how my meal was. When I replied "OK", he asked, "Just OK?" I said, "Yeah, just OK." The food was really a yawner. I wont be back to experiment when theres an In-N-Out closer to my office. I didnt hate it, but I dont like it enough to move my one burger-a-week purchase to The Habit.

The Habit Burger I have to give you props! You are right across the street from Fuddruckers. That is a very risky business move but worth it. You a different kind of Burger Joint and Im glad I gave you a chance. The Habit is better than In-n-out. Its not the same type of place. In-n-out is good with a limited menu, but if anyone tells you its amazing dont believe them. The Habit is flame broiled, just think of Carls Jr but more fresh tasting and not nasty. This place has a variety of custom burgers and sandwiches. You can take a date here and she can order a fish sandwich. I think it Ahi Tuna but Im not sure. I will need to try it next time. My friend recommended it to me and she doesnt even like fish, but she likes the way the sandwich tastes. I guess its that good. I had a burger and fries. The fries where a bit salty but everything else was pretty taste and not super greasy like Fatburger. The pricing is fair around the as the price of a high end mcdonalds burger combo or a SixDollar Burger at Carls. The Habit is better than Johnny Rockets. From one burgerlover to another, you should try this place. Fuddruckers will always have my heart but if I want somthing fresh and different. I choose The Habit.

I love this place, wish they were spread around the Midwest instead of 1600 miles away. Had my first indoctrination Wednesday and still having happy thoughts about it. Compared to the other local popular cow spots I tried, In n Out, Hook, and Umami, Habit takes all the awards for best value and quality. I had the Teriyaki burger and mocha shake. A perfect combination only missing fries because I wasnt quite hungry enough. Wish I was! The shake was exactly how it should be. The burger sat in its lettuce wraps for 60 minutes as I planned to eat it before my flight home. I was very impressed how well the burger tasted an hour later. The flavors improved during the wait, full of tangy Asian influence and sweet spices with a great slab of beef - at $4.25 it ties Steak n Shakes Royal burger for the best burger value Ive ever had. This location is easy to get in and park. Really friendly service and clean place. Hope I can get back someday!

What a disappointment! After reading reviews I was excited to try a Burger and Onion Rings at The Habit. The food looked tasty, but everything was super bland. My double char with cheese didnt taste flame-grilled - in fact it didnt taste like anything at all. I had to get some sauces and add hot peppers from inside. There were almost no grilled onions even though I requested them, and the chopped lettuce was wilted. The burgers themselves were dry and grey - not crispy and juicy as Id hoped. The onion rings were some of the worst Ive had. Considering the reviews I was excited to try them, but they have such thick batter on them, and the batter is super crispy, and the onions were stringy. These are like the onion rings at burger king, but a bit worse imo. I give them an extra star for having good service. I dont get why people like this place so much, but I can assure you that I wont be making a habit out of going here.

2017s Yelp 100 Challenge 49/100 Ive been missing the habit after having it nearly every week in Las Vegas, so super excited hat this place not only opened in Orlando, but directly across the street from my job! I had the Santa Barbara Char, and let me warn you, make sure you bring your appetite cause this thang is MASSIVE. Its like eating two huge double cheese burgers. The sourdough was toasted to perfection, avocado was fresh, and cheese was so melty and delicious I thought Id died and went to heaven. Go here!!

Only problem we had was the staff had no idea of what they were serving..as in allergy type of foods ...our question was regarding peanuts ..they had no clue and apparently I made the cashier upset when I pointed out a lot of people have peanut allergy and could die if given the wrong information...I guess i blame the management for not training the employees...but credit where its due ..the food is good..

I like this place more than In N Out. The patties are bigger and only cost a little more. It gets crowded but not as crowded as In N Out. The parking lot for this shopping center is always crowded during lunch though. Staff is usually friendly and efficient.
