Every time I come to this location Ive always been impressed with the quality of the food, high standard of customer service and after every order Im told "thank you" The restrooms are alway clean when Ive been in and dining area kept up, tables wiped, fountain area clean! I went through the drive through last night and was greeted with a friendly voice on the intercoms (you usually hear some one who is unhappy and miserable) offered me and asked me "how can I help you" and would I like onions! Major plus as I love onions and my fiancée dont. Then I roll up to the window and WOW fast and friendly and Im on my way to feast like a beast!!! Keep up the great work team!

Food is fresh and employees are always cheerful. Gluten free preparation is awesome! I tell them "allergy to wheat" and then they prepare my protein-style burger AFTER putting on new (clean) gloves, and on a clean counter (no bread has touched it.) I can even eat the french fries since no breaded items are fried in the same oil. Add a strawberry milk shake and my gluten free dining experience is complete. In N Out Burger is my go to restaurant for a burger and fries with no fear of a gluten reaction. It all tastes great too!!

In and Out is an incredible burger joint and an American staple for fast food. In fact its the only place I will make an exception for when in comes to fast food. I go big with the 4×2 Animal style, with extra grilled onions and extra chopped chillies, oh you didnt know? Yeah they chop up the chillies and put it right in the burger for you! So if your feeling like a classic In and Out Burger with a spicy twist you know what to ask for.

Number 52: Today Wednesday, 7-12-17, my food was brought cheerfully to my table. Server never stopped accommodating other guests, including a little boy who received a Hat and Stickers. Well done! Always satisfying to go to In-N-Out Burger. Sorry Mc Donalds your stores dont even compete on many levels...period! Temecula/Winchester Store one of the worst run stores...home town almost 14 years!

As far as In-N-Out experiences go, this one was seamless. We stopped here on a road trip to LA and the bathrooms were spic and span, the service was courteous (with the cashier giving my 5 year old a sticker game immediately), the order was correct and warm. Not much more you can ask for when it comes to a fast food experience!

meh... I will never understand the infatuation with this place. Its always crowded, and people absolutely love it. Its pretty small and simple burgers/menu, with subpar (thin) fries. Is it bad? No, but Id take a mom & pop burger shop over this place any day.... Hell, I like Wendys & BK better, for that matter.

I love in and out burgers. Ive been coming to this location for a long time. Its very popular. They do a great job of getting you the food stuff does the can. This location is very popular though during lunch and dinner so prepare to wait a little for your food but its worth it.

Let me start off by saying super bad customer service , we ordered 1 double double and 2 cheese burgers we only recieved 2 of them but they charged us for 3 they made us pay again for another one and the cashier Hailey br was very rude and did not help at all.

Was super annoyed last night. I was left in disbelieve. They had a person outside taking drive-thru orders. The gentleman doing so stalled taking every car order for a good 10 minutes in order to talk to a friend of his.

In-N-Out Burgers is a consistently good burger. Other chains in the area are just as good, if not better, but not as inexspensive. Order your frys well done so they are not soft and get a chocolate shake (so good).
