Fresh and delicious local food served with a bright, welcoming smile. We happened to see the Liu Mandarin Kitchen across the street from the Auburn Joss House Chinese Museum while on the Placer County Museums Tour - The Heritage Trail. While munching on a crisp Three Color Salad popping with cilantro and vinegar flavors followed by a pleasant heat, we chatted with Sunny (the owner) as she filled dumplings. Several To Go orders of them (Pork) went home with us that afternoon. We will return...and bring friends!

Terrible... Menu is photo copied paper that was curled, dirty and well worn. Our table was dirty and serving plate had a grunge on it I could scrape with my fingernail. Gross! Very over priced to begin with. I had sesame chicken which was not good. Served with rice nothing else. No condiments on table. Had to ask for soy sauce. Other than the artwork on the wall the place was very drab with NO decor. I thought maybe they had just opened but she said they have been there two years???

Wish there was a 4.5 star rating that I could give. Have been there a couple of times now and everything we have tried has been delicious. The steamed bun and the Sesame Chicken we had tonight were delicious. So were the Singapore noodles. The problem we have here isnt the speed of getting your food, its that once you get it, they tend to forget youre there. We will keep going though because the food is delicious and fresh.

What an awesome dining experience!! We went in on a super hot day.. The restaurant was nice and cool very clean and inviting.. we were greeted immediately and got seated right away...our server was wonderful and super personable. .our food was prepared fresh!! No steam table here, and the portions were huge..great experience!! We will be back!!

The food is 5 star, but there is basically no service or atmosphere. A lot a customers seemed to call for take out, and I think that is an excellent idea. The food was fresh and delicious. The place is small so the menu is very limited. Their is not an overabundance of food but it was a sufficient amount. There is no presentation with the food.

Fresh, light authentic homemade noodles, dumplings, broth and sauces. Incredible! You might walk by and not be impressed with ambiance but the quality and flavors of the menu items will definitely impress! Give it a chance and you wont be disappointed.

all I have to say is WOW goyza is out of this world!!!! and all the food I have had there is always fresh. if youre interested in the flavor of northern china and your chinese visa is expired then so your self a favor and come here!

This is the best Chinese Food in Sacramento. Homemade dumplings in a 15 piece platter are flawless. The Hu Nan chicken is perfectly balanced with delicate and delicious sauce. I will be here once per week. Truly delicious.

Great place to get fresh, well prepared Asian cuisine. And theyre happy to swap-in tofu or remove animal proteins for those of us who are vegan or vegetarian. I highly recommend the Red Curry dish and dumplings.
