The foods always been on point. Good rotating items on the menu and an attentive chef. Fresh and seasonal menu items. The service has been going a bit downhill, I find the servers are less responsive and it can be really hard to get their attention, to the point I have to go up to the front to ask for a glass of wine. The espresso is bad. They dont know how to pull a shot well. And they add sugar to the bottom by default. Yuck. Dont order it. The hen of the woods mushroom makes every pizza 1000x better too.

Im excited that this SF based pizzeria finally decided to open up in Burlingame. Another stellar pizzeria on Burlingame Avenue is always appreciated. I love their wood fire oven baked pizza/pizza crusts, bread sticks and salads. The simple luxury of Panna pizza; its an excellent demonstration of a classic Italian pizza! I absolutely love their large, open, modern space which also has upstairs and downstairs seating. We recently enjoyed a date night dinner out and also found their service to be impeccable! Kudos.

We were ignored by the hostess upon arriving. When we got her attention she barely talked to us, just looked us up & down.We asked to sit @ table by the window & she went ahead & set up a booth on the back. When we repeated our request she argued with us by saying " Well I set you up at a table back there!" in a very snooty tone. We walked out. Last time I looked my money spent the same as everyone elses. Someone aught to clue her in as to how to treat a customer.

The restaurant has nice decor and good food. I tasted over 12 different sides, salad and pizzas. My favorites are the spicy cauliflower side dish for its well balanced flavors and the Margherita pizza for its simplicity. The outer edges of the thin pizza crusts (including Prosciutto) were too thick. The Broccoli Raab pizza also had a bitter taste. Marys Chicken salad was good with tender chicken.

Came here for a birthday, the food was amazing. They started out with these small balls of cheese and stuff. They were kind of like mac n cheese balls. Then the salads came which was on the bitter side but was really tasty. They had a great selection of beers to go with everything. Then the pizza...wow.. the pizzas just kept on coming. It was a great birthday for 15 guests.

Pizzeria Delfina is definitely one of the best pizzerias in the Bay Area. Everything is consistently terrific; the service is good, the food is incredible, and the atmosphere is really nice. Highly recommend the Panna Pizza. Its more rich than your run-of-the-mill margherita pizza but it is my favorite pizza on the west coast.

Best pizza ever! My personal favorites are the tri color salad, the vanilla Italian soda, the margarita (motzerella and basil) pizza, and the meatballs. A lot of food but tasty leftovers. Unfortunetly all good things come with a bad and their limited seating causes a long wait. But in the end... Its so worth it!!!

Finally. This one in Burlingame is wonderfully spacious, and from the moment they open the door it fills up quickly and a line forms immediately. Its not unusual to have to wait over an hour to get a table. Def worth the wait. Their pies are wonderful and all the small plates are fabulous.

Very unique, ultra-thin crust (like a cracker crust). Excellent pizza, great sides and bar choices. Beautiful interior. Second-best pizza in Burlingame, second only to Blue Line. However, Delfina is the less traditional, so if youre looking for something different, go here first.

Because of the larger space, its all the best parts of the Mission Pizzeria Delfina location but with a more family friendly atmosphere. Food is still excellent and service is really great. Go early for lunch or dinner and the line is manageable.

Great place for breakfast or pancakes. the staff is very friendly and helpful. but mornings until 1 pm and weekends most of the day are extremely busy, the wait time is usually 1 hour. so just be ready to wait. but once youre in is worth it

Wonderful pizzas including a rotating list of specials. The tricolore salad is also wonderful. Be prepared for a very long wait, especially on a weekend night, but its worth it! So happy that Pizzeria Delfina has come to Burlingame...

I really like this place. Its a go-to for me and my family. The reason why I held a star back is because the food quality and service has been inconsistent in my experience over the last couple of years as a customer.

Best atmosphere restaurant in Burlingame, in my opinion. Really good pizza. Small selection of wine and beer. Everything is of good quality. They are fast. Perfect for casual dining. I love sitting at the bar.

Very good pizza that reminded me if the kind I got in Italy. Pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Knowledgeable staff handled food allergies well and were attentive during busy hours.

Best west coast pizza Ive had, although pricey. Thin crust! Very good salads, and wine selections. Excellent Roasted Chicken. Wait staff is really lovely - courteous, prompt, helpful.

Very good pizza with great crust. Appetizers are amazingly good and have inspired my SO and I to recreate some of them at home. Would definitely come here again without question.

Wonderful thin crust pizza with the right combination of crispiness and chew. Ingredients and flavors are on-point. Definitely my go-to pizza in the Burlingame/San Mateo area.

Dough lacked salt. Pizza sauce lacked flavor. Deep fried black eyed peas were completely inedible. Antipasti were pricey. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Recommended from a friend as a casual spot to take a large group of people... Pizza was excellent. Good wine/beer menu and dog friendly outdoor seating.

A bit over rated. I normally love minimalist, traditional thin crust pizza, but that is no excuse to skimp on key ingredients like mozzarella and basil.

Not bad. Wish it was clear that many of the pizzas dont have tomato sauce. Gocchi needed more salt. Ran out of red pepper and never got replenished.

I generally felt that the pizza flavors are a little pretentious, which is fine if the flavors can match. I dont think they lived up to the price.

Super tasty thin crust pizza, and excellent service. I still think the SF location serves the best pizza, but this one is also strong.

Im not even a pizza fan but this place makes papa johns (half-baked pizzas to go also) taste like cardboard with ketchup.

Great thin crusted pizzas, and (the dressing on) the tuna, butter beans and water cress salad was outstanding.
