Prices go up, portion sizes go down. I have been going to this location for quite some time now and I have watched as my portions of food go down to the point they can even put the full scoop of orange chicken in my plate. They will scoop a full spoon and only drop a few pieces of food on your place and put the rest of the food in the spoon back into the serving bowl. And the addition cost for premium items like the Angus Steak or the Shrimp is rediculous. They charge more for it and give you less than what the regular size portion should be. The staff has definitely improved as they welcome you with a smile everytime you enter the restaurant and that is why I gave 2 stars. They just need to stop being so stingy or Im going to start giving all my business to China King down the street on Lincoln and Knott where they give super size portions and its cheaper than Panda Express. Take a look at your tray next time you go to Panda Express, you will notice that they are really shallow, they are not deep trays, which means your are getting fooled and ripped off every time you go to Panda. This place is going to lose a lot of business for their stingy way of doing things. Makes me wonder if the donations for Childrens Hospital are really going to the hospital. They just might be pocketing that too. Greedy people will do some outrageous things. Dont put it past Panda Express.

I go in and make 2 takeout orders with two sides… both got honey/walnut shrimp at an additional price. As I stand there the girl [twit would be more descriptive] takes the shrimp from mostly empty shrimp tray. Now I notice that she leaves 2 shrimp in the try and closes my container… 2 lousy shrimp… they are so friggin cheap that they could just throw 1 shrimp in each container. Are you kidding me… this place [and the rest of the Panda’s] are so cheap as to charge extra and can’t part with the last 2 shrimp. This has done it for me, I will never go into another Panda and buy anything. I saw this happen before with a young woman in front of me, only there was 1 lousy shrimp left in the shrimp tray! I don’t know what their business is but it sucks… which is proven by the fact that because of Panda’s stingy nature with 2 lousy shrimp they have lost a customer. I am so tired of this kind of crap.

Matthew needs to be fired.Terrible experience. Ordered a plate to go and had survey for a free entree coupon. Matthew the cashier told me to go to the back of the line so I could redeem the free entree. When I finally went back to pay for my side of rice and free entree Matthew tells me "uhh you need to buy another plate you cant use it". Unbelievable and extremely rude. Weve been coming here for years and this is our last time. Seriously? You knew I was using the coupon and made me wait and employees packed my food.

Yesterday 12/20/15 around 6 pm I ordered orange chicken , broccoli beef with rice and compow chicken with shrimp, rice and chowmein and after around midnight myself and the other person who ate the meal woke up throwing up and with stomach cramps. Honestly this is the first time this has happened at this location just wanted to inform. It made my mom sick so I did not appreciate that at all.

I just went to Panda Express on lincoln off valley view and they just recently hired new people who cannot get your order right. The people serving the food dont even listen to you or they do not understand english. The server was going to give me someone else order. Good thing i check my food before i leave because service is the worst now everywhere. I will never go back.

Really friendly staff. Ciari is one of the most welcoming people there. She has great customer service and doesnt skimp you on your food so you actually feel like youre getting your moneys worth. Their food is fresh most of the time. and of its not, a simple please with your request and the staff happily supply the order. I come here once or twice a week.

Brought my kids for dinner, went to pay and I was 0.01 "ONE PENNY" short and the prudent employee denied covering me a single cent. This place lost a customer permanently over one penny and I will be telling all my local neighbors about this joke of an employee. Good job.

Its a nice clean place and the cooks are ready to make dishes once they run out. Prices are a little too high and portions, specially to go, are less than other Chinese fast food restaurants.
