Decided to go to TGI Fidays since it was across Knots, we went inside and the host said it was going to be about 45 min wait, but if we found a place at a bar we can take a sit there. We decided to see if there was a open table. The busser was cleaning of a table, and he was the slowest busser I have ever saw. All the bussers that I have seen pirior work their ass off and to get the table clean as quick has possible, but not this guy, he just took his sweet time while we were waiting for him to clean the table. After he was done cleaning the table I have said thank you because I do appreciate the bussers cleaning the table and he just totally ignored me. So after we sat down a few minutes went by and no one came and asked if we needed menus or drinks, servers/bartenders would pass our table by and act like we were invisible. We then saw the busser who have cleaned the table throw a rolled up paper and miss the table and went to the floor, he seemed that he was not happy at his job and had a bad attitude. After waiting 15-20 mins with no help I have asked a waitress, I believe her name was Jasmine, that we were waiting here for 15-20 min with no service and would like some help please, she replied that she would get a bartender/sever but no one showed. Got tired of waiting so we left and went to IHOP instead. Never have i ever experienced such HORRIBLE service from TGI. I will never come to this location again. Waste of our time...

I cannot believe the bartender of this place! I took my kids to Knotts June 27th because for the oldest it was her 7th birthday. I told the waiter who was working in the bar area that it was my daughters birthday and it would be great if she could get a little ice cream with a candle and he agreed. It was okay that I sat in this area with my kids I guess considering that the area was completely empty. After a few minutes of finishing our meals the bartender himself brings my daughter a small cup of ice cream with a candle and said "we dont sing happy birthday here!" I really didnt understand if he meant that it wasnt policy anymore to just sing happy birthday in the restaurant or they just dont sing happy birthday in the bar area. Instead of asking I was just more focused on my daughter and acting impressed with her receiving ice cream so that she herself would feel special. Now things would be so much memorable if that lazy bartender who wasnt doing anything to begin with, since the bar area was empty, could of got off his lazy ass and told the waitresses that a happy birthday song would make the day of a girl who just turned 7, instead he didnt . It really is hit or miss with this place because there have been other times that I have not had any problems but this one time was unforgivable.

I imagine this restaurant gets most of its business because the wait at the Chicken restaurant is too long. That should give management a clue; people are in a hurry to get back to the theme park. Our party of five (3 of them children anxious to ride Ghost Rider again) wasted two hours of our time just trying to get a meal. There was no wait involved before being seated but everything took five times as long as it should - getting a waitress, ordering our food, getting water, getting napkins and silverware while our food was cooling off, getting the bill which was incorrect. We didnt notice any lack of help what with several girls standing around chatting while one waitress served (tried to serve) our section by herself. My friend and I NEVER complain and we did that night and even told a large party just being seated to save themselves frustration and leave right then! Both of us have warned friends to NEVER waste their time trying to eat at this restaurant. The sad thing is that the kid meals were a very good value compared to anything youd find inside the park; the frustration involved, however, made them totally not worth the savings. The corporate office needs to send in adult supervision immediately!

HORRIBLE!!!! Server was slow and non-attentive, food was terrible, and the drinks where not served as pictured or described on menu. I ordered a passion fruit ice tea that was to have fresh strawberries and lemon, neither came with the drink when served and when I mentioned it to the server she looked at me like she didnt know what I was talking about. So I had to show her the picture and read the menu to her. My daughter ordered a drink that was to with blended ice, slushy, it came with chunks of ice. When they brought the 2nd drink it still wasnt slushy, when addressed with the server she said their machine couldnt make it slushy, even though the picture and description stated that was how drink would be served. I ordered a NEW Mahi Mahi sandwich, that was very dry and the naan bread was not fresh. I mentioned it to her but no one from the management team stopped by our table. Over priced for the poor service and food quality. I have been to other Fridays where the food and service was so much better than this one.

My family and I just left this TGI and we will never come back. The service was okay, but what really caused our dissapointing experience was the food. My niece found a hair in her chicken wings, my husbands ribs looked like they were taken from a rodent; given the fact that its not a rib place, the ribs did not look right. Lastly my dish was horrible, it was the cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. The pasta alone was over cooked to the point where it was stuck together and too pasty. Not even 15 minutes into our dinner I am running to the restroom and trying not to throw up until I reached the restroom. Ontop of that my esophagus and lungs burned. I do not suffer of heart burn and have grown up around all variations of spices. I dont know what happened to our food but it was horrible. I think I just experienced food poisoning for the very first time in my life. My body is going through excruciating pain. Any how, We paid & left. I would never recommendt that anyone visit this location.

Horrible! I go to many TGIF and I will never come back here! First, just an FYI, Happy Hour ends at 6pm. (not 7pm like other TGIF-of course they dont want you to make Happy Hour when the park closes at 6pm). 2nd, menu is not as big as all the other TGIF.-much more limited selection, including kids menu (4 items only) and the prices are WAY higher! There are no specials either so be prepared to pay big bucks for just ok food. The food was not as good/fresh as other TGIF either and the customer service was not great! Im not a super picky person, but some of the staff, including my waitress were rude, as if your bothering them! Oh and kind of weird that this TGIF is owned (or whatever) by Knotts and they dont have paper and crayons for kids?!?!? I dont get this at all. Overall, I would either drive the extra few miles to the other TGIF or go to another restaurant (Outback, Claim Jumper, & more super near)
