horrible place id rate this a zero but im forced to give this atleast one star ill likely never visit this Del taco again horrible experience first i called on the evening of the 1/2/17 to check if the location was even open figuring they could potently be closed because of the holiday the girl who answered picked up the phone like she was answering her personal phone like kind of what do you want kinda thing wow i had to ask if i was even calling the right # ok fast foward so im a security guard i was covering a site in the local area for the weekend gotta eat some how so i walked in about 21;18 or 918 pm i ordered a #1 combo meal medium 2 tacos and a fry not rocket science should take like 5 min to get out at 9;35pm i received my order the staff was rude the kitchen and dinning area were a disaster i should have just not eaten there and to top it off there were like 5 people in the kitchen and only one making orders why and when i was about to leave i asked for a straw and the guy at the register was like do you need something (rude tone ) never again at this location

Went there today and when I walked in I was horrified at what I saw. The lady making the food had NO GLOVES ON. She was making the food bare handed. Touching the tortillas, grabbing the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese and putting them on the tacos and burritos and wrapping them.Another lady puts fries on the counter and some fell and she scooped them up and just put them in another batch. I ask the manager, excuse me isnt she suppose to use gloves when handling food? She just looked at me for a couple of seconds and said umm yes. I told her lady I have been watching her for the last 7 minutes and she has made everything without gloves.She just turns around and says"Hey Wendy, put your gloves on."which she did. I told her maam I have worked in Food service for 21 years, and I know that hands needs to washed and gloves need to be on when handling food. Just a heads up.dont go through Drive thru go inside to be safe and watch and make sure their wearing gloves.

The place is good but the service is very bad.asen expect a lot of people to such degree q have to reach the food until the parking for q they are not fast with the orders.. El lugar es bueno pero el servicio es muy malo.asen esperar mucho a la gente a tal grado q tienen q alcansar la comida hasta el parqueo por q no son rapidos con las ordenes

Bugs, and I obviously ate some because they were in my Del Bug burger and what looked like my eyes playing tricks was more like seeing them on my burritos, inside the wrapper and bag furnished by them, and prepared by them, only the bugs were eaten by me, and the vomit was not induced. I called this store and while leaving a message, was mysteriously disconnected, why did the phone go straight to voice mail after that? Dont eat bugs! Avoid this Del Taco.

I left the drive through at 2:17 am on 26 DEC 2016. I understand that working through Christmas can be hard on one, but taking it out on a customer is uncalled for. She packed my drink to the brim with ice, patted the ice down and filled the drink. My fish tacos were under cooked. Finally, I believe I see a spit wad with obvious nasal discharge in it. I could not get her name, but I did note the time.

Very good food, and nice staff, but I dont know if theyre short on personne, because you can spend up to 25 mins on the drive thru, and they leave you hanging there for minutes to take your order, also if you go inside, you have to wait a long time to get your order, it is a fast food restaurant, isnt it?

I have been coming to this Del Taco for almost 10 years and have always had great service. It slows down a little during the night time so if you want good food and are not in a major rush its a great place to get food from. Recommend it especially if youre passing through or on the way to clubs in LA.

Worst Del Taco I have ever been the bathroom was disgusting that dining area was gross and a bunch of bums hanging out drug deals were stores place Ive ever been it should be a minus star but they have no place to put it do not recommend anybody going there

Had to fix the order when I got to the window, and they still gave me the wrong food after that. Also why ask me if I want sauce if you dont give it to me anyways. Definitely will go a few extra miles for a different del taco.

Worst Del Taco weve ever been too! All taco shells were broken, fries were cooked to a golden brown. All the tables were dirty and sticky. The staff was rude and careless. I will never be back to this location.

Jumbo shrimp taco, was more like tiny burnt crumbs! The tiny over cooked taco was quite the crunchy chewy rubber tasting meal I have eaten. Buy one brunt taco get one free!
