Eats: Double Char lettuce wrapped. Ive eaten here before and tried the other favorites such as the Mushroom Swiss Char, Sweet Potato Fries, and Onion Rings. It was the Monday lunch hour and the place was pretty occupied but not crowded by any means. The Double Char lettuce wrap was a solid 4 star with good flavor from the beef, and a balanced flavor pairing between the grilled onions and American cheese. My lettuce wrap could also be eaten by hand versus fork and spoon, which means the chef made sure that I could hold it up like a burger without all the contents leaking everywhere. It could have probably have the added flavor benefit from a sauce (think special spread from other chains), besides the standard mayo, but it was still tasty. So why did this place get 5 stars instead of 4? Customer service. At the conclusion of my meal, Employee Yari came by and offered to throw away my tray. She asked how the food was and I responded that it was great and went down pretty fast (I got a lettuce wrap). Rightfully so, she interpreted this as I wasnt satisfied with my meal. She promptly offered to bring me another burger to see if I could be more satisfied. I did not take that offer because my stomach was done for the meal, but just to see this type of customer service helps you believe that the employees truly care about their customers experience at The Habit. While I may still venture to other burger joints in the area, this place wins me through in service.

Were very disappointed. First, we order takeout 4 burgers, 2 large onion rings, 2 large french fries, we ask her is she sure everything we order was in the bag before we left Habbit. We said it did seem very odd there was only 1 bag instead of 2 bags. How would they be able to put 4 burgers, 2 Large onion rings, 2 Large french fries in just 1 bag? We ask twice are you sure the 4 burgers, 2 Large onion rings, 2 Large french friends, she told us twice yes. The bag was so tight it was very difficult to look inside the entire bag without taking out the onion rings and french fries on the very top of the bag. First mistake our onion rings and french fries wasnt place in a separate bag like other restaurant we have order takeout. We get home she gave us incorrect info. There was only 1 burger what happen to the 3 other burgers? We check our receipt and it say we only order 1 burger which is inaccuate when my mother order 4 burgers. After you order & paid. I do suggest everyone please make sure to check your receipts to make sure your order is accurate.

Went to Habit on an evening when it was too hot to cook at home. For 8 dollars, I had an excellent burger, fries that were too salty to eat and a self serve, free refill soda. For not much more than BK or McD, this is a good alternative. The space, on the upper portion of Hastings Ranch Shopping Center is spotless though a tad bit sterile. Very echo-ey and noisy. It isnt a place youd want to linger. Oddly, McDonalds has become a lingering hangout due to its excellent Wi-Fi and $1 sodas. Habit has no Wi-Fi though I connected to nearby Chuck-e-cheeses weak signal. Overall, I liked it but they lost the 5th star due to oversalted fries and no WiFi.

A solid burger joint, on par with In-N-Out in terms of quality and on another level in terms of selection. The burger is the life blood, of course. It tastes fresh and will be sure to satisfy just about any burger lover. The available sides include fries, onion rings or fried string beans. They usually arrive perfectly crispy, but taste a bit over salted. Other items such as the salads and chicken sandwich people seem to speak highly of, but I have yet to try. The Habit is one of the most consistently good chains out there and worth a visit.

Every time I place an order over the pho e my order is messed up. I dont understand why they have a call center and they can not place the order right. Then when you call to express why your order is wrong, they expect you to go online and file a complaint and then wait for some one to address the issue. Ya im up set I missed dinner because of them not following directions. Plus Im still waiting on a call back to express my concerns.

Love this place. Tried The Habit for the first time yesterday in LA Verne and loved it so much, had to stop in at the Pasadena location. Just as great! Love the food, and the polite helpful staff. Place was very clean. Only complaint: no changing table in the mens room. Witnessed a father have to take his two young boys in the womens room for this reason. He shouldnt have to do that.

Horrible! I got a garden salad with fat free Italian dressing to go, and it wasnt until I got home that I saw these idiots didnt include the dressing. I even asked the stupid girl at the counter when she handed it to me "Is the dressing included?" When I couldnt see it, and she said "Yes" in a snotty tone. What a liar! And to think that these morons want a $15 per hour salary!?

One of the employees saw us looking for a booth, so she volunteered to look around for us to help us find somewhere comfortable to sit. Because there were no booths opening up, we sat down at a crowded table. Within 3 min, she came to us to let us know that she cleaned up a booth for us. Great customer service.

My first time eating at a Habit, and I was pleased. The place truly felt like it bridged the gap between and provided something quite a bit better for a near-fast food price point. My only complaint was that the portioning was a little on the small size... or maybe I was just really hungry that day.

I have always been extremely pleased with this habit location. The food and service are excellent and the atmosphere is nice. Its a pretty popular place so depending on the line you may have to wait a few extra minutes for your order, however the wait is worth it.

Meat tastes like Burger King- not the highest quality. Fries are good. I would not order beef next time, but I would go back to try something different. My boyfriend says the chicken sandwich was just alright. The place is attractive, clean.

The Charburger was really good! I usually prefer burgers to be medium to medium rare. However, this was a juicy, delicious well-done burger. The veggies were also really good. I would recommend the #1 Charburger, add cheese.

Habit claims to have the best burger. I would have to say... close. Personally I like in n out better but Habit is a fine fast foot burger. This location is spacious inside but also has outdoor seating.

Delightfully different than In n Out. Dont get me wrong; I love a good double double. The Habit is a nice deviation when you want a little bit more variety or complexity in a fast burger joint.
