I was given horrible service. Came in because I received a scoop for free for my birthday and this guy asked me what kids or regular scoop. So I said regular and when we went to pay he we showed him the coupon he asked if we were paying the difference and I asked what he meant he said the coupons for a kids scoop. Well the coupon said 2.5 ounces. so I simply asked if anywhere in there menu does it say The ounces by each different sized scoop. He said yes and pointed to the sign that said kids scoop. And I said "I dont see ounces anywhere?" so he looked at me and said " you can go somewhere else." And put in his head phones and started listening to music. He had no name tag but he was a pretty big older guy with facial hair and sounded like he was arab. All I wanted was my birthday scoop not this rude service simply because I didnt know what a 2.5 ounce scoop was. It doesnt say "kids scoop" or "regular scoop" on the coupon. I will be contacting the manager.

We had the best Ice Cream Cake. I bought a cake made with Fresh Pastry Pride. The taste was delicious. I have tried cakes from other locations however the pastry pride used is fresh and is simply scrumptious. The location had Tuesday Dollar Scoop all Day long from 10 am to 10 pm. The customer service here is great. We have gotten to know Sunny and he is very helpful, friendly, and funny.

Ice cream is always great right? But at this location the guy will gladly take your money then afterward tell you that you and your service dog need to step outside. When you ask to move some seating outside he says no, so you end up sitting on the ground. Thanx guy!, great customer service skills.
