I gave baskin Robbins 2 stars ONLY because I got there 30 min before closing and the door was closed! It was 930 not even 10! So I was very disappointed and I was craving ice cream all day. As I looked through the door I saw TWO people (workers) in there talking not even aware that my husband and I were in front of the door. I knocked on the door a little bit but the lady just looked at me and didnt even walk up to the door she just looked at me. It was very upsetting and I never got ice cream. I hope baskin robins takes my review seriously. I knew that baskin Robbins cost a lot but I was willing to spend some money on ice cream. Well baskin Robbins please see my review because I would like to go at 930 to get some ice cream!

At 3:30 pm I went to get A shake, but the worker said there was no milk. How does a dairy product selling store not have milk. First off it is the weekend, in my mind I believe that the worker was just being lazy. Smh baskin robins. Ether have some milk or hire better employees . 5-13-17

NOTHING I LIKED NOTHING I PLACED AN ORDER 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE AND THEY MESSED UP THE DESIGN AND I HAD TO WAIT 30 AFTER COMING TO GET IT! I WILL NEVER GET A CAKE FROM HERE AGAIN THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!
