If I could give no stars I would. Could have been a great experience but while hubby and I are selecting our bakery sweets in walks the filthiest, smelliest and rude homeless man who made the whole place smell and I seriously got sick to my stomach. Others were bothered but only my husband would speak up. Asked for manager to have this man leave. All they would say is "he paid fir his coffee" What the heck is wrong with these people? He was a health hazard to all there. So we put down our tray of $15 or more of items and left. That makes perfect business sense right? Loose paying customers who would have returned again and with our family for the $1 the homeless man paid. They should have handled that completely different. Its not about being homeless, its about the health hazard he was being there not to mention his stench filled the place making it impossible to be there. Stay away from the Buena Park location. They acted like hes a "regular" there.

Get the brioche. Dont even think about. Go get it. Interesting setup from this Americas point of view. Not your typical bakery - you actually grab a tray yourself and use tongs and grab your own baked goods. Was blown away by the quality and taste of the brioche, as previously stated. I was fortunate enough to go there with an Asian friend of mine, who explained some of the items to me, but I believe everyone there would be friendly enough to help you out if you have questions. The bakery is Taiwanese in origin, and they serve some things that may seem a little off to a typical American palate. Their specialty coffee with the caramel was all right to me - a bit sweet to my taste, but I usually drink my coffee black. Great outdoor seating area. Was busy around lunch time. Will return again.

The Choco Bun is amazing. If you love cookies and cream, and wish to try it in bread form, get this pastry. The pastries they have here are all really good though. Everything is very clean and modern. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality food and drinks that you get here. The Boba is also very good with some extremely tasty drinks being served. The staff is very helpful with any questions, I just wish there was someone to help explain the pastries a bit more, but that might be a part of the fun. There is good seating inside, but the best seats are in the open area with the table top gas fireplace. It keeps you warm and has a great atmosphere to enjoy your food and drink.

The food is so delicious and the boba tea is definitely worth the price. And their sea salt coffee is one of my favorites. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is usually clean. I feel that the pastries and desserts are priced appropriately. There is sometimes a bit of a wait, but nothing more than should be expected at that type of food service provider. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is the parking. The parking lot is a horrendous collection of accidents waiting to happen. There arent enough spots and it seems to be that the majority of people driving in this area are overly cautious causing backups and road blocks. Driver beware.

Its always a zoo in here but their stuff is so tasty! Decided to pop in after a late lunch and ended up picking up an assortment of goodies to take home (I cant seem to spend less than $20 here at any given time). I dont think Ive ever tried anything I didnt like here, even some of the stranger-sounding and -looking items. I do like the Asian bent to their items, with ingredients like taro and red bean, etc. I love their drinks as well--the milk tea with coffee jelly I think is my fave, but Ive tried a bunch of other stuff and its all been good. Just a star off for the unrelenting crowds and crappy parking situation.

I love this place. They have extensive bread election, and they are all so fresh and delicious. I always walk in this place with ambition to only buy a couple of pieces at the max but always walk out with a bag full. Lines move fast if they are long. People work there are very well trained and know what they are doing. Unlike some of the other Asian bakeries make me feel like an alien when I dont speak their language, I dont have any issue here. Customer base is very diverse, and people work at the counter speak perfect English.

This place has a great selection of fresh pasteries. I recommend the house 85c coffee with cream and sugar or the sea salt ice coffee which is rich with a semi salty foam that is rich and delicious. They have a dessert section as well if you want a beautifully made cake. This place gets really crowded. You can come in before noon to avoid the crowd but after that it is pretty much busy all day. And it is worse on the weekend. Good luck finding parking if you visit in evening on a weekend!

Pretty good baked goods, really good drinks. Im a big fan of their lemon iced tea, and the hot mountain green tea. This particular location is fairly busy (another reviewer called it a "zoo") but as compared to some other 85 degrees locations Ive been to (especially the Diamond Plaza spot in Irvine), it really isnt that bad. Great and large outdoor seating area - though it can be tough to find a spot to sit out there sometimes.

I grew up eating sweet breads from a lot of different Korean bakeries and theyre pretty good, but the bread at 85 degrees never disappoints. Their tea drinks are excellent and Im not a coffee drinker, but my wife likes the iced coffees as well. Parking can be an issue sometimes and you can sit and enjoy your bread inside or in the shaded public area as well.

I thought this place was just another bakery and boy was i wrong. I love 85C bakery cafe its so beautiful. The garlic cheese bread is not something you would associate with a bakery but they have it and its soooo good. Ive only been once but im looking forward to stopping in next week and trying the tiramisu.

Cheap on providing a box for my 11 pieces of pastry. The manager/owner insisted that I buy one more piece to qualify for a box. Wow! Typical Asian Mom & Pop store attitude. Unlikely to buy here again. But I have to give a credit for the good quality of pastry in this place, absence soul :)

Wide selection of baked goods. Everything that I have tried has been really good. Its self serve where you get a tray and tongs and then get what you want from the bakery cases. Prices are cheap. They also have Asian tea and coffee drinks such as sea salt coffee and milk tea.

everything on the menu at this place is good. i love pastries and this place the pastries you can smell it before you even hit the door. I love when the workers say " Fresh bread" and freshly baked bread comes out. This is a must visit for sure.
