Some of the chefs and staff from China Village moved over to King Tsin now Sichuan Style after the China Village "reorganization" and you can definitely taste the pedigree in the dishes here. King Tsin is probably my new favorite restaurant on Solano Ave!! The dishes are well executed and flavorful, maybe intensely flavorful for those who might not be accustomed to Sichuan food. Standouts include water dumplings, chili oil water dumplings, wok charred kale, braised pork shoulder, and dry cooked green beans. These dishes are as tasty as the ones you can find anywhere including at Sichuan Fusion and China Village. If you are really adventurous, you can try some chef specials including the Spicy Pickled Pepper Fish Fillet in a Hot Wok which includes fish, tofu, bean sprouts, and leeks. The dish is intensely spicy and complex, but the spiciness can be overwhelming if youre not a fan of spicy foods.

The owner albert is a wonderful man who goes through extra effort to be a good host and learn about whats happening in his customers lives. I highly recommend the hong kong style pork/shrimp chow mein or the chow fun. The pot stickers are amazing and really good with a glass of one of the many beers on tap. The restaurant is connected to a full bar with three tvs that show all major local games. The staff is wonderful, food is made to order quickly and looks like something out of a movie.

Worst food i ever had since I moved to California... Taste was blend and it was just really bad. I should have taken google reviews into account and went to other restaurant. I only ate it because I was so hungry after all the hike at Muir wood national park... I would not recommend this place to anyone but enemies lol.

They are very discriminating. They told me they were closed and I couldnt eat there when the place was full of Chinese people eating dinner. Under new management is what the sign said. What a joke. They dont want to serve other ethnicities. I will tell all my business associates not to go here ever.

Gave up red meat, the way fish entrees are seasoned and cooked makes my mouth water thinking about it. Have been going there since my kids where born, so 15 years plus. Things have changed, new staff and chef, and it just gets better.

Very good food, huge quantities on some dishes. Id prefer a smaller size option at a lower price since I dont live in the area and cant take home the leftovers. The boiling fish (get the fillet, not whole) is excellent.

New menu that differs from King Tsin. Have discovered numerous excellent dishes - spicy charred cabbage, steamed black bean sauce fish fillet,n(that includes tofu), braised bean curd, and combination vegetable deluxe.
