I thoughts the food to be good... the waitress very efficient... as soon as you finish a plate she was quick to clear your table... The gentleman at the register what is very courteous.... But the young lady I came up against at 319 according to my cell phone, and we all know that thats automatic. She pointed to the clock above her head saying its too late its dinner time now. The clock shows about 3:23 3:24 . And she insist upon it. So I decided I didnt want to pay the $4 additional for dinner and told her thats okay I thought I was in time for lunch. She insisted that I was there for dinner so I decided to leave thats when I discovered in my car upon checking my cell phone it was about 3 21 at that point I had been sitting there in my vehicle waiting for my son to meet me there. I decided to make a second try and inform the young lady that her clock on the wall is wrong she then again told me pointing to the clock you still late it dinner time. I pointed out that I was using the cellphone time which is generally correct then she held up her cell phone and pointed at it... it still late its dinner time. I told her take into consideration that with as many times as I was there in the last month she was still going to push it? I gave her an opening to possibly offer an apology for having to stick to the rules.. and possibly offer some kind of concession... and that because of her decision I was not going to come back... She just looked at me... holding her cell phone and pointing at it... insisting that it was dinner time... I just said goodbye and walked away... So much for the food I thought was so great itll be a while till I go back.. Customer service is essential in all business no matter what country youre from... If she had even said all of that at least with a smile it would have been easier to accept and I would have paid the additional money.. the food I rate a 5... The cashier I rate a 0 a big fat 0...

My family often likes to go there, why not right is a good deal on Chinese food and you have a lot to choose from, but I dont like it, every since I found a HUGE RAT in the restroom, I try to avoid it this place as much as I can, No so long ago one of my coworkers couldnt come to work because she had food poisoning she say last thing she eat was the oysters at this restaurant, stuff like this happens, and it can happen in any other restaurant, right? yet my mom had dinner there 2 days ago and right now she is at the ER, she got food poisoning, her upper body, face and eyes are all swollen, when we ask what did she eat she said she had dinner at this Chinese buffer and she had oysters and shrimp, she has never had any type of allergies to sea food nor any king of food. I am beyond mad at this restaurant. FOOD AND SERVISE ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

- Food: After I realized that everything on my plate was lukewarm, I decided to check the rest of the food. Sure enough, the rice was the only thing on the buffet line that was actually still semi-hot. Even the items they were refilling were lukewarm, but this didnt stop me. I had to taste it! Everything finished off with an odd smokey aftertaste that made me wonder what kind of a food-mingling situation was going on back there. Luckily though, my table had Sriracha hot sauce to combat the unfortunate flavors! I didnt try it, but I would suggest avoiding the Mongolian Buffet portion of this establishment. None of the meat is kept frozen & just kind of sloshes about. - Service: Typical buffet service.

the price includes a drink which is nice considering most buffets charge you extra for that. The food is in constant rotation so its pretty fresh. The salmon is freaking excellent and I love the pancit. i my favorite is the pot stickers and the pork buns tho. The only reason not so many stars is because of the restrooms.....

Dont waste your money. The selection of food is really limited and the service is nonexistent. Person takes your money on the way in way in and from there youre in charge of: getting your drink, getting your silverware, and stacking your used plates to an unused portion of the table. The A/C seems to be broken as well.

If I could give zero and ha e it show up I would. Dirty place overpriced sushi looks like it has sat there all day never in my life can I imagine how this place passed its health inspection. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER!!!!!!!!. And the air is off worst dinning experience ever!!!!!!!!

Overpriced, weird atmosphere, food is terrible. I stood at the hibachi for 5 minutes while the lady mopped the floor right there in front of me two other employees walked right by and acted as if I was invisible. Save your money go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Burnt food, very dirty surroundings, overpriced for garbage. I feel incredibly sad for anyone that lives in this area and I have to eat at this buffet. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds.
