A mi gusto, la comida tiene buen sabor, PERO me toco mala experiencia. Los baños estaban sucios, la mesera entro al baño y regreso a atender a los clientes SIN lavarse las manos; esa misma chica medio limpio las mesas dejando residuos de comida, desperdicios en el piso... mi cuñada y yo, nos fijamos en la cocina y todo sucio...no no no, FATAL!!!! Creo que la limpieza en un Restaurante debe ser impecable. Sinceramente, yo no pienso volver a ese lugar, podria uno agarrar una infeccion con tanta suciedad. No sabe uno lo que esta comiendo.

I just visited here last night and i can honestly say This place has gone from bad, to worse. So many things I want to say but will only put whats helpful for you. This place is way overpriced, the servers are horrible, not once did they asked for refills or if everything was good. The bathrooms were flithy and disgusting. Almost slipped while in there. Urine everywhere. It Didnt look like it was cleaned at all that day. I can imagine how the kitchen looks like. The food was okay, but after I left, my stomach was hurting and eventually I vomited. Even now, a day after my stomach is still hurting. Sorry for the details but i want to warn you before you consider here. I would definitely NOT recommend here. Youre better off going to the Asian Star Buffet in Paramount, CA. Its on Alondra Ave. before Downey Ave. Its almost done the street from here. Service is better and the food is excellent! (Asian Star Buffet) NOT KING PALACE. Shut King Palace Buffet down already !

NOTHING IS MORE DISGUSTING THAN EATING AT A RESTAURANT, HAVING TO USE THE RESTROOM, AND FIND IT SO NASTY, DIRTY-UNSANITARY.. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE. THEY UNDERSTAND NO ENGLISH YET GIVE YOU THE MEANEST ATTITIUDE WHEN TALKING TO YOU. THERE IS ONE LADY IN PARTICULAR THAT SET THE FOOD ON THE BUFFET LINE. SHORT, SKINNY, IN HER LATE 30s. YOU NEED TO WATCH HER AROUND YOUR KIDS. I AM NOT KIDDING. SHE TRIED PUSHING MY SON !WHO WAS WITH ME! OUT OF HER WAY. LUCKY, AS A CAUTIOUS PARENT, I WAS ABLE TO PUSH HER FIRST. ON MY NEXT ROUND OF FOOD, SHE HIT A LITTLE BOY ON THE FACE WITH HER CASSEROLE. THE STUPID DAD DIDNT SEE AND THE POOR KID WAS JUST RU BING HIS FACE IN PAIN. THIS PLACE MAKES MILLIONS OF DOLLARS A YEAR FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE PER PERSON. ITS NOT BAD WHAT WE AS A CONSUMER PAY, BUT GOOD ENOUGH PROFIT FOR THEM TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE TO THEIR GUESTS.

Esta es mi primera ves en este lugar y me he quedado sumamente sorprendido de lo sucio y asqueroso que esta la alfombra, un olor a pescado que predomina en todo el restaurante. Jamás havia visto un lugar tan sucio como este yo no entiendo como el departamento de salubridad los deja seguir funcionando así. Jamás he visto un restaurante así de suicio y por supuesto que jamás regresaré. Y por si fuera poco la comida está pesima.

Ive been going to that place for a couple of years now, and I went today with family to celebrate my birthday. WORST idea ever!! I highly dont recommend this place at all. While my sister in law was eating she found a hair on her food, then I went to go grab some crawfish I literally grabbed a long thick black hair and got very disgusted and didnt eat at all anymore. After asking for the check, the waitress came by and kept asking for tip! Like really ? Thats not necessary! Plus the "waitress" never came by to ask anybody on the table for a refill at all or if we were doing fine, to me that doesnt deserve tip at all! The waitress kept insisting on other people as well to give her tip. Thats not right at all. People just please try to avoid going to this place!!!

Very disappointed with this buffet, I dont think Ill be stopping by anytime soon. The food is good but it doesnt justify the dirtiness of the restaurant. The countertops were filthy as well as the floors. The little room where they clean the dishes was a mess, there was trash all over the floor. And not to mention the restrooms, there are three stalls and one of them was clogged up the second one was just filthy and the trashcan was overfull, the third one was decent. I brought it to the managers attention and all she could say was that it was not working but yet they have it open and unlocked to the public. Overall it was a bad experience, I think that if Im going to pay almost 20 per person is reasonable to say that the place should be well kept.

Hadnt been there in almost a year, were waiting for better service. Walked in, no one was there to greet us, they just kept walking past. When they finally asked how many, we told them and they walked us to what i assumed was our table. The woman didnt even say anything to me. Just walked away. The table was dirty and there was a yellow cleaning rag on it. I waited for someone to come over so i could ask if they were gong to finish cleaning but no one came. So we left, without eating. Didnt even sit down. Went to a different buffet on Carson St and the service was immediately different. Courteous. This was our third attempt to have a pleasant diner here but no. Food is ok but service is horrible. We are never going back to this place.

I honestly was hoping for more from this place. Its advertised as a Chinese Buffet, however majority of their food is not even Chinese food. Theres a sushi station, a mongolian grill station, and a mixture of typical buffet foods like chicken nuggets. There were only four actual chinese food dishes that I could see. The food was really not so great. A lot of the food was cold, and the chicken dishes were extremely dry and overcooked. The dessert section was extremely disappointing. We were hoping for some chinese desserts, but they only had things like ice cream, pre-packaged cookies (which were stale), and some small cakes. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I was at this buffet on Saturday 8/12. I am very upset with restaurant personal not picking up my table dirty dishes allways calling for soda refill, restrooms very dirty smelling very bad, charging me $ 111.30 for six people on top of that waiters asking me more than 6 times for tips. For me to give tips I look forward to experience at least good service. Excellent service is beyond my expectations. I will not recommend this buffet to any one. Is just bab bad restaurant I even talk to the manager but looks like didnt care at all. When I was walking out the buffet waiters was staring at me asking me for tips for the last time in front of the manager. Not good

BUT WHEN HE BROUGHT THE CHECK HE JUST STAY THE TABLE ALL MOMENT, WAITING FOR HIS TIP WHEN WE LEAVE THE TIP HE JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND HE COUNT IT ON THE TABLE AND HE JUST DROP THE MONEY VERY UPSET SAYING SOMETHING IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE MY FAMILY SOME ONES SOME OF MY FAMILY AND DID NOT TAKE THEIR DESSERT BECAUSE WE FEEL LIKE THEY TAKE OUT OF THE PLACE. .
