Tried to order a hot mocha with caramel. The girl had no idea what I was talking about. She rudely said, "I dont know what youre talking about." "I dOnT kNoW wHaT yOuRe tALkiNg aBoUt." Why would you even say that to a customer? I didnt even want to explain because she was too much of an airhead to understand, so I ordered something else. Ive ordered it many times at several different Starbucks and never had an issue. I guess its too hard to mix caramel syrup in hot mocha. Didnt catch her name, she was taking orders at the drive-thru. Was working today, June 10th at 7:00pm. If she gets a job at McDonalds, dont even ask for ketchup on your cheeseburger. She wont know what youre talking about.

Idk who or how theyre trained but light ice to them is more than half the cup . I regularly go here to get a very berry hibiscus with light ice , and somehow they always tend to screw up my order. The only reason I go back is because its the closest one to me and its never packed . But just saying make sure you let them know what light ice really is

It was my first time in this location, I ask to use washroom before I order my coffee and they refuse letting me use it. Manager (rosa) told me, restroom is for customers, order your coffee, then we let you use restroom. I am a regular customer, it embarrassing Starbucks. That is not the customer service, I get from other locations

not a big coffee person but heres my review on my vanilla bean(small) a little expensive BUT..i ordered two and they just gave me one..after waiting a couple minutes at the window (drive-through) they opened it, confused..i said, "i ordered two" and they rushed me another one and said it was on the house (thumbs for customer service)

They gave us one starbucks that had no flavor what so ever and the otherone had wayyy too much that I couldnt even enjoy it. They should pay closer attention when they are adding the flavors. And, they should write on the cup what the flavor is..which is probably why they messed up.... Tsss tsss I expected better.

This place is so small and loud. Everytime I go (closest to me), the tend to take the order wrong or mess up on the drinks. Dont ever order more than 3 drinks because it will take 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and the 3rd one never comes out

I go to Starbucks very often...I have been to all the Starbucks near the city of Southgate, CA and this is my absolute favorite! There are always friendly baristas and they make great drinks. I have absolutely nothing to complain about! :)

Bad service and unhelpful staff. Waited an extremely long time for a Frappuccino although I was the customer waiting. My bagel & marble cake got cold and yet no drink. Top things off I did not get my name on my cup .
