I have been to numerous chipotles in Colorado, Texas, Kentucky, and California. This chipotle is by far the worst I have ever seen. Unprofessional management and very dirty restaurant! I saw an employee counting tip money on a counter where food is prepared. My last visit to this location ended up with them forgetting to add a burrito to my online order and then having difficulty getting a reimbursement over the phone. The manager does not seem fit to run this establishment. This chipotle has ruined the whole franchise for me. I will never go back. Save yourself a headache and just go to Taco Bell!

I work out here in Auburn and been coming to this Chipotle location. Out of all the Chipotles I go to this is the best one. The guest service here is Outstanding. Every employee I meet there has great guest service, thats not easy to find. Usually theres only one very good, couple ok ones and a very bad one. Not this location everyone is Awesome here. I also my food pretty fast. Atmosphere is very nice as well. But I do have my favorites its Angelo Resendez and Jackie Cross. Always has a huge smile, very polite and go the extra mile for the guests.

Freindly, clean, and the food was pretty good. Tried the burrito with both chicken and steak. Both meats were good and tender with just the right amount of seasoning. The place is cramped at lunch but the good food makes up for it. Had to share a table with a stranger, but I suppose its a good place to meet people. Overall It was a good experience and the staff worked hard and did a fantastic job.

I will never waist my money at any Chipotle again!!! Bad food, poorly made with a side of unfriendly service. Chipotle is so bad that it makes Arbys sound like a good idea. This chain is a miserable failure!
