I would give it zero stars. We paid 13 bucks for a plate of lettuce and steak (which steak was three dollars extra) that was suppose to be a "taco salad". When we asked the manager about it he just wrote it off like nothing. They were so busy we didnt get our drinks for twenty minutes and didnt get our appetizer until just before our main meal. Super slow service and management just doesnt care.

I stopped here because it was basically the only place I could find for miles off the freeway, to eat. The service is incredibly slow but very polite and friendly. Its not cheap a far as Mexican food goes when dining out. The food was ok. At least for the price the portions were pretty large.

AWFUL!!!! Service was super slow and not many customers, food was okay, except for the black hair in my sour cream....they didnt make me pay for the meal that had hair in it, but ending up not eating anything else and just left....place looks outdated too....

Pollo Mazatlan- its the best! My wife and I share one because its a lot of food. Always great, home like atmosphere, great service, and the house margarita on the rocks with salt is to die for. Casa is our favorite mexican food spot.

We go to Casa Ramos for the Margaritas. Theyre the biggest in Placerville that weve discovered so far. Very good drinks. The food is pretty expensive but it looks good! I suggest getting a Margarita with a Modelo Especial in it!

I havent been back there in years, even though I drive past it daily. Heres one example why I avoid it: soggy nachos. The nachos were so bad, they were virtually inedible. There are much better Mexican restaurants nearby.

$1.50 happy hour tacos in the Cantina, cant go wrong with that. My daughter had the seafood burrito and it was excellent also. Service is a little slow but I still go back several times a month.

Our new favorite place! Lots of menu options (even for vegetarians) . Great atmosphere and staff. Large portions on everything (even the margaritas). Great value for the price.
