I love Chipotle double wrapped chicken burritos. I could have one everyday and still love eating them. For those who wrote bad reviews and dont like Chipotle, Id say much of the experience depends on what ingredients you choose to put into your burrito, some combinations taste good and some dont. Maybe you should experiment with different ingredient combinations and you very much can make your own burrito, which is one of the good ideas that sets Chipotle apart from Taco Bell and others. Yes it is true that the line is often long and for those of us who are impatient it is annoying to see a long line and then wait in line with a hungry stomach, but the long lines tell you that many like me enjoy eating their food and think the food is good tasting, has fresh organic ingredients, and is not pumped full of preservatives and hormones like some other fast food places. Do I know for sure that is not just creative marketing, no I dont, but it tastes fresh and organic to me and I trust they are telling us the truth. One issue I do have is that the place sometimes gets a bit messy so they could use a full-time cleaner because I dont like to eat in a place that feels messy or dirty.

Called in for catering order because it wouldnt let me order for same day through mobile ordering. A guy who picked up tried to send me off to website/mobile ordering right away. When I explained to him that It wouldnt let me do it, he said "we get mobile orders all the time, and today too!". I had to repeat myself because he clearly wasnt getting it. After a moment of silence he actually went ahead and took my order. I ordered a catering box of 6 burritos. Theyre supposed to come with all the sides and chips and salsa for every two burritos. When I picked up the order, sure enough it was not a catering box. All burritos were individual orders, super DRY, without chips and salsa on the side. Oh, he also got my name totally wrong.

I admit it can be stressful on employees when the lady in front of me walks in and orders literally 14 bowls instead of placing an order for pick up. But, we didnt ask to have our orders taken in the middle of that, we would have gladly waited if we knew it was so hard for the 6 people in the assembly line to keep track of my bowl and husbands burrito. The guy just took what was handed to him and started filling and messed up our order. The lady at the end of the line almost added our food onto the huge order in front of us since our food was all mixed up in line. Not one employee, of the many that were crammed up front, apologized to me for messing up or for the wait. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Yes, the food is great, but the customer service is by far the worst. Be prepared to stand in line for extended periods of time and have people screw up your order. The last time that I came in here, a man in front of me called in an order for about 10 people. When he came in to pick up the order, of course it had not been made yet. So me and about twenty other people had to stand in line for literally ten minutes while they attempted to get do an order that had been put in over an hour ago. The staff kept mixing up the burritos and having to redo everything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant full of idiots.

1) Theyre expensive 2) Their menu is limited 3) The adult sized meals are elephant sized portions and the kids meals are normal sized, but only come as a meal. Besides, I love quesadillas and it looks like only the kids meals have them 4) They dont put napkins or forks in your to-go meal so if youre in a hurry or are new, like me and your burrito falls apart because the tortillas arent meant to hold something so huge... 5) The taste was not amazing 6) The line is LONG. Be prepared to stand in it for 10 minutes or more.

The food is great, but the portions seem to be different each time here and sometimes I feel like they are about to pull out a scale to make sure they dont give you too much meat. I like to take my time when I order, but it is hard because they are assembly lining you with a crowd of people behind you burning a hole in your back because your taking too long. If you dont mind the loud traffic, they have outside seating, but you may get hit up by the homeless that are hovering over you.

I go here all the time! Not for the food of course but for the people. I can make food at home. The real reason people come here is because they have a friendly environment and it shows by how packed this place can get. I ordered a tequila to go once but they were very kind and informative that they couldnt do that since its illegal to drink and drive. I thought it was very nice of them to be so concerned. Overall a pretty chill place.

I was very disappointed when I last visited Chipotle. The options to choose from were limited to the very basics, and their ingredients were far from fresh. In addition to poor food, the service was also sub-par, as the employee continuously could not comprehend our orders. On top of all this, the ambiance is poor. The horribly selected music is blasted to the max, and the walls are a strange and off-putting brown(ish)....

I consistently place an online order at this location to go maybe once a week and they always create my order correctly based on the customizations I request when I place my order. For the most part, the staff is friendly and the location is very clean. Its consistently crowded due to its location and the popularity of being a Chipotle restaurant.

Ive gone to this location numerous times and have enjoyed very meal eaten here. Friendly staff and great location make for a very enjoyable lunch or dinner. The layout is a little weird in that the most used door is furthest from the line to order, so you see yourself and other patrons walking all the way around to order up

This place is amazing. Chipotle never dissapoints. The food is wonderful and the employees are ayper nice and friendly. This place has become a go to as a restaurant and overall is such a delight. I highly recommend this place for lunch or even dinner. Great for families too.

I like it, except 4 out of 5 times Ive gone to this location, theyve burnt their veggies, which are the only thing I get here. Horrible smell & taste as most of the veg are charcoal...hopefully they fix that problem! Otherwise great place, great service!

The worst Chipotle I ever experience, bad customer service, asking just a little bit of lettuce 4 times, the server said I did added (common were face to face). NOT RECOMMEND TO COME THIS STORE JUST GO DOWN IN RANCHO THEIR WAAY BETTER.

Pure chaos around the cash register leaving staff to forget to complete peoples orders correctly! What kind of salad is a salad without the bomb dressing? Boring!!! 1 person should be completing ppl orders while other charges for meal!
