I freaking LOVE In-N-Out but this is honestly the WORST In-N-Out that Ive ever been to. The people who work there have bad attitudes and constantly get orders wrong. I went on a slow Monday night and ordered through the drive through and when I got home I discovered my hamburger was RAW- straight up bright pink. If I hadnt been completely disgusted, I would have added a picture of it before I spat it out and threw it in the garbage. I can handle the occasional wrong order- it happens, but Im sorry, raw meat and the constant crappy attitude is the last straw. I will never eat here again. Usually any In-N-Out for me is a hands-down 5 stars, but this particular In-N-Out is a straight up dive.

I first went town old school drive-up in LA when I was about 5 now I am 45 and still love their food. I have worked with the corporate group on a project and they are the most dedicated, professional and fun group of people you will ever meet. The level of professionalism that is exemplified by their owners, management and staff are truly remarkable in todays world. They know how to hire correctly and pay their staff very well, but in return expect their employees to provide a prompt and pleasant service while representing the old school way of doing business. If you need a kick ass burger at a righteous price with exemplary service, this is you place to go.

Solid service and surprisingly quick getting the food out. I was lucky and arrived just before a massive crowd of HS students showed up. The food is predictable but good. I wish they could do something about their fries though, In-N-Out has hands down the worst fries in the industry. I like how they are fresh, but come on, they are just sad. The burger was good and the cheese was nice and melted. Solid place to grab a burger. The drive through situation is also terrible as some morons wait in line blocking the entrance/exit of the shopping center. If you like fries though, go down the street to get better.

the ppl who work here most definately cannot tell their ass from a hole in the ground. we ordered 2 burgers & 2 fries & 2 shakes & watched orders of 4 burgers & fries go out, who numbers were after ours. 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, & 77 do not come before 70. then the dumbass behind the counter tried to give 1 of our shakes to someone else. everyone working looked high school age...i suppose this is a great example of the failed american institution @ work. work smarter, not harder!

Was just here 15 min ago. I drove up around 945pm. There was literally no line, which I was happy to see because theres usually a wait. After waiting for over 15 min we got our food and preceded home. Once me and my wife sat to enjoy out In-n-out. I was totally shocked at how they carelessly put our food in the bag. To top that off the fries they gave us were so burnt that they were brittle. Im very displeased with my experience at this location. Ill be contacting management.

Moving here from the Greater NYC area, couldnt wait for their burgers. They were everything I hoped and had been told. Best fast-food burgers chain in the country. This is my local restaurant. If I want a quick burger I will bypass all the others for here. The service is fantastic and the prices are cheaper than most other face-food chairs. The only down side are the fries which are just okay, but not bad. This is true of all In N Out.

I usually order the double double animal style and protein wrapped. Its a bit messy but once you experience all the flavors together without the bun absorbing everything good, youll be amazed. Customer service was top notch and the girl who took our order even brought the food outside without being asked- perhaps because my wife was using a walker and has trouble getting around or maybe she was just being sweet. Either way I am impressed.

A California classic, always spot on and right next to the movie theater! This has become the go-to spot when seeing a midnight showing of the latest flick. Super busy if you come during lunch/dinner time but they have their systems down and it doesnt take too long. Bring your out of state friends when they visit SLO and you will be a hero.

What can be said about in and out burgers, that hasnt already been said. The crew here is exceptional. From the moment you either drive in or walk in your greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness, that even if the food was bad youd still enjoy it. The care they put in to making the food as well just shows how much they truly care.

Many times they mess up my order but this last time they made the burgers I got very hard n dry forgot to give me all my drinks and fries have been very oily me and my friends have been very disapointed in this location it looks as if only kids are running it and dirty floor in womens bathroom very nasty place inside ....

Waited in the drive thru at the order box with no one in front of me for 7 minutes. I just got done with a 12 hour shift. Didnt even get a "hello" or "a be right with you", nothing. They even looked out the window at me a few times. I decided to take my business elsewhere because I guess they didnt want it.

Pleasant people - Clean - and a raw burger again = #5... And "duh" comments from the night mgr... There fries are at least as good as McDs fries, and the burger was OK as to taste - BUT it was almost raw again, and again, and again, and again. We asked for them to be "Very well done!"....

Awesome burger joint. Good food and good customer service. Tried animal style French fries for first time today. It is basically covered with a special sauce, I suspect a 1000 island with a twist, grilled onions and melted cheese. I enclosed a picture to show you what it looks like.

Fresh hot tasty burgers! I like them best with ketchup instead of their mayo-based sauce. Fries are sliced and cooked in plain view, so guaranteed fresh, but theyre sometimes a little limp for my taste. Popular spot, often busy into the evening, but well run for efficient service.

I dont think I need to say much about how great the burgers are here. Everyone know In and Out is awesome. This location is very nice with good seating and lots of great people working there and eating there. It is always packed and you will have a good meal here.

I love in n out and I love this one. This time I got my fries well done and they were amazing. This restaurant gets really busy but they have plenty of seating in and outside (pun intended) the building. I cant stop ranting about how amazing the food tastes...
