Was there 3 times in 2 days. Not 1 time did they get our order right. Rude help. Never even said sorry. Ordered a big cheese burger no cheese. 30 minute wait in drive through. Dirty inside. Lettace and mayo all over front of garbage can at 7 am.will never go there again. Wiser service in 5 years or more and I always go to jack in the box.

I frequently seem to have to call them after going through the drive though. My biggest issue is that they wont tell you if they are out of a ingredient,multiple times they have substituted the missing ingredient for something else without my knowledge. Not the best way to handle the situation in my opinion.

Employees are friendly and food is good. However, as a cost-saving measure, theres no heat. I mean its freezing cold in there. Also, no electrical outlets to plug your beloved devices into. Oh yeah, theres never any toilet paper in the mens room.

Cold food poor service store manager is ignorant. The district manager never comes to the store never return the phone calls to a customers complaint Ill never go back to this location or any other Jack in the Box for that matter

Fast service but the quality of the food was very poor. Chicken nuggets and jalapeño poppers were a dark brown color, hard, and dry. Possibly old oil? Overcooked? It was pretty cold in there as well.

Definitely the nicest place to dine in Yakima. Nice quiet and eclectic atmosphere. Artfully decorated. All food is organic free ranged and lives in loving homes before being slaughtered.
