Went thru the drive thru this AM. Ordered a #5 breakfast combo meal with a diet coke and a breakfast burrito separate (I said it exactly like that). Got to the window and the teller handed me my drink along with my food. I checked it and there was only the breakfast sandwich and no hash browns. She opened the window back up and I said to her, "I ordered the meal and it looks like you you forgot my hash browns". She argued with me and said, "no you ordered a breakfast sandwich only and burrito separate w/ diet coke. So I just said, "whatever I will just pay for the hash browns separate". My breakfast sandwich was barely warm and I asked if she could warm it up more. I watched her with her co-worker as she rolled her eyes. She put it in a bag and handed it back to me. It ended up being the same temperature as before. As I continued to drive away , I took a sip of my drink and it was a totally separate drink from what I ordered. I swear only these things happen to me.............

Good customer service. They made sure they got our order correct. Thank you! But I like the service at just about every Burger King in this area. Their service is better then other fast food restaurant companies here in Yakima. There is an obvious difference. Its not the other companies are bad, its just usually Burger Kings is extra better, and I really mean it, there is a difference. GREAT JOB!!! WHATEVER YOURE DOING TO MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND ITS WORKING, AT LEAST IN YAKIMA WA..

Special orders do upset them. I dont like my burgers drowned in ketchup and mayo but they have the hardest time with leaving things off of their burgers. With that said you can fix your drink just the way you want it. Always check for utensils before leaving, 25 percent of the time they will of forgotten. Be prepared to deal with some friendly high schoolers and rude college age employees.

Sometimes the food is just not that great. Overall it taste pretty good. Drive thru can be a bit slow at times and make sure your check your order BEFORE you drive off. They are known for not giving you everything you ordered. Staff has always been very friendly though.

Every time we went through the drive thru window they got our order wrong. One time we complained to the manager and she got mad at us. We do not go there anymore. We prefer the Burger Ranch on Summitview, food is good, employees are nice and it is not that far to go.

I havent had burger king since 2000. It was alright back then. But when i went there recently I can honestly say the burgers are better then McDonalds. And the fries were good to. They tasted like they were homemade from actual potatoes.

As far as fast food goes,....This place is really good. You get the same food and menu as every other Burger King in the world, but this one is clean, modern, has a play place for the kiddos and the staff is really nice/helpful.

They gave me exactly what I didnt want on my burger and didnt give me a recpit so I had no way of proving the mess up after calling and being told Id get a coupon for a free meal I never received it

They are confused, i went in asking for a sausage and cheese muffin and i had to point it out to them till they said "oh you mean a muffin"....ive had to do this 4 times and its getting iirritating

Good prices on chicken nuggets better burgers then mc Donalds but cost a bit more but it is clean inside and there soda machine is always working and filled
