We are truly doomed as a nation . This is not meant to be a political rant about the crazy left / liberals / snowflakes , anyway I had one of the most embarrassing experience in this taco bell. I was greeted by the manager in the cash register when he/she ask me for my name . I have one of this names that you can give a boy or a girl but I am originally from israel so you just pronounce my name a little different. anyway I dont really care how you pronounced my name but this manager decided for me that it will offend me if when my food is ready that my name will be pronounced correctly. Like I give a dam . He loudly yelled my name 3 time to the kitchen staff who where making my food making sure they call me my real name when my food is ready. The entire restaurant had to hear this . And then he told me that its important to call me my real name and that its like if they called him or her a she just because she dosent identify herself as a man or woman. I was in shock to what and what happened to our kids this days ...what a crazy society. A bunch of over sensitive cry babies snowflakes. I will never come to this place again . I dont identify myself as democratic or replication but now I understand the American people who voted for Trump ....I dont know if this can be fixed Im my lifetime. I can only describ this behavior as a mental disorder

The drive-thru line at lunch time is expected to be long but waiting in a Drive-Thru for 20 minutes its a little ridiculous. It didnt seem like the inside was any faster when I went in to go to the bathroom. Although the facilities did look clean. The rice of my burrito was not cooked all the way and all the ingredients seem to be on one side while the chicken and rice were on the other. When I asked for lots of mild sauce I got 4 packages.

Food is usually good but the service is painfully slow on most days. Seems like the one on the other side of town is noticeably quicker with most orders. I typically go to that one even though its further away for me because of this.

Worst visit ever. 1 am. 2 people in line. Spent 26 minutes waiting for my food. I ordered 2 things and didnt get either of them. How hard is that job? Also. No soda because they were out of co2 for it. Never go here. Morons

Awful, we waited in line for over an hour and then about an hour later we finally got our order and they got the order wrong! The service in the window was rude too.1/5 would not eat again with this kind of service.

Food is decent but the service is not. On any given day Im gonna sit in the drive thru for close to 30 mins! Its called fast food! I sat at the intercom for almost 5 mins just waiting to have my order taken.

Ordered breakfast skillet bowls and it was 98% potato. Not even 2 bites of eggs. They didnt have salsa when I asked for it. The WiFi wasnt working. it got one star because there was not a zero star option.

Food was horrible. No ingredients and few items was completely different then ordered. It had NO taste. Lady at register took almost 30 mins to take our order and still messed it up. Big disappointment!
