The lady at the register on 5/24/2017 Wednesday around 4:00 p.m. Was rude in the manner of taking my order because I asked about the "free drink promotion" as if I didnt have any money or I wanted something for free which made the establishment look bad being that this was my 1st visit, and to make insult to injury she got very rude with me after I incidentally forgot to give her $5 which was only a dollar short from the four ones that I had giving her to pay for my tall white chocolate mocha. She then begin to explain to me about how smart she was in her math. By then proceeded to step to the side where orders were received after making she also never took the time to explain to me about the promotional free drink that I had asked her about. I then became a little bit frustrated with how she treated me being that this was my first time and first experience at this location. Sometimes we as human beings have to understand that when working with the public we have to be very careful about what we say and how we approach consumers because they are the one helping us pay our bills so that we may also be a productive member of society. So being that said always keep in mind that the power of the internet and Google can make or break a business. I would never in a million years treat a customer as if they were as if they were a peasant and I was royalty

This is only my second visit to this particular Starbucks and already I have a problem. I visited the drive through on a Thursday at 10:01 am. I was the first of two customers in line. My order was very simple, a venti, Caramel latte. At the serivce window I paid for my purchase, waited about a minute before I received my drink and promptly stored it in the console of my car without even taking a sip. When I arrived at the office and took my first sip, I discovered that I had a grande, decaf latte with nonfat milk. If the line had been 10+ cars long and spilling into traffic on the street, as it is sometimes, I could understand the mistake. However, with only myself and a customer behind me in line, at mid-morning, how is it they couldnt get my simple order correct[?]

Waited 45 minutes for hot cocoa and there were only four cars ahead of me. This location consistently runs out of key menu items early in the day. The barista was rude when taking my order and sounded annoyed that I would ask for something that they did not have in stock. All around poor experience for the 3rd time in a row. It would be quicker and more pleasant to drive across town to a different location.

Weve been here a few times and the only complaint I have ever had about Starbucks was the price. I think they need to change the name to Fourbucks. I have to admit, this location is actually quite nice except for the exit from the place. Its a crazy type of exit where you have to judge which cars are going on the highway. Look at a map of this location and youll see what I mean.

This is my Starbucks close to my house - I go every single day. But avoid this location if you can... find another one. The parking lot is always a train wreck, pot holes that arent fixed in the drive thru, congestion, tight fit, cant park.... the inside is slow and always has been, no Clover Machine, current manager is not so nice and friendly.

Its a very popular place on a small plot of land. Not knowing what comes with that is like going shopping in December and complaining because you were surprised at how many people are doing the same thing. Expect a full parking lot. Expect to take time in the drive thru. I get one drink and only one drink, and they always get it right.

Got a midnight mocha frappe. Asked for no whipped cream. Not only did I get whipped cream but also got the worst tasting frappe Ive ever received. The ice was not blended whatsoever. It was crunchy when drinks should be smooth. And the drink tastes like straight dark chocolate powder. I do not recommend this Starbucks location.

My friends and I stopped in here to get a few drinks while we were out and about and my friend had her drink made wrong the Barista happily smiled and remade the drink. I think she deserves recognition for being amazing. Thank you Michelle!!!! You were awesome!!!

I feel like they have a 50/50 chance of getting my order correct. I dont even order complicated drinks and they manage to mess it up. I only go to this location, because it is near my house. I would recommend any other Starbucks in LR over this location.

Dont try going here for a Sunday coffee, line is to the street. Theres really no parking for anyone who want to go in unless they want to traverse the line that circles the building. Does Pumpkin Spice latte really have a twitter account?!?!

Omg, great staff and great coffee. New staff and the previous still, they go out of their way to help! new furniture and great ambience, i stay late for the company and the conversation from the baristas. Favorite spot in little rock!

It is a great representation of what Starbucks strives to provide...love using the Starbucks app on my phone to preorder, the loyalty rewards in the app are handy! Great stop and go or sit down option!

Close, convenient, friendly employees and I love their coffee. Drive thru is awesome in the morning but later it moves much slower.
