Food is great in my experiences, fast service. However...last two times Ive dined in, restaurant was extremely unclean! My shoes started sticking to the floor, and several of the tables were sticky. The drink and condiment counter was extremely sticky with spilled coke, and the majority of items were unstocked such as lids, silverware, fortune cookies, etc. This was both times I visited so found it to be a bit more than a coincidence. It wasnt overly busy at the time, but enough to keep all employees tied up I guess, as I did notice them taking care of the drink counter as I finished my meal. So cleainess would be my only complaint. If getting your food to go, I say 5 stars. Dining in...perhaps 1...so i give it an average of 3...for now.

Stopped at Pei Wei in Little Rock on way from Paragould to Hot Springs. This was our first time to eat at A Pei Wei and it wont be our last. My husband had Pad Thai with chicken and it was awesome. The Szechuan green beans were amazing. We were there on a Tuesday night and the place was busy, but it really didnt take long for us to get our food. However, Sara, the manager, must have thought it was taking too long. She personally brought us our food and apologized for the delay. Sara and all of the staff were friendly and made our dining experience enjoyable.

Havent been to this location in awhile, but I walked in and wasnt impressed. Im not sure what they were thinking when they "remodeled" but the atmosphere is terrible and not even clean. Service is slow at best and employees arent overly friendly. Also no condiments at the table. Youll need to carry your drink, silverware, napkins, soy sauce, hot mustard, table number and fortune cookie to your table, good luck with one trip. The food on the other hand was good, a little overpriced for the amount you get, but good. Ill think twice and remember this visit next time.

如果你读得懂中文 吃过真正的中国菜 韩国菜 信我一句话 不要对这的食物有太高期望They dont even have a single Asian cook here, idk why I expect they can tell the difference between different Asian food. The only thing I like a little here its their music

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to leave a review. My sister and I were very, very disappointed. I asked for no broccoli and for my cabbage to be cooked. The cabbage was raw and there was a ton of broccoli! Both of our meals were cold and my sisters vegetables were raw also. The crab wontons smelled like raw fish! The employees were very nice. We will not be back! Very overpriced!

Service at take out was great and my sushi was really good but everything else was bad. When I tried to place my order online it didnt work, so i had to xall it in, they put my name in the system work so it took a little longer to find my order, i didnt get my reward points, and the rice was undercooked. AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR SOY SAUCE!!! Just do better.

I have to compare this to the little Thai restaurant we used to eat at. It wasnt a chain, and the food was delicious. Pei Wei, on the other hand, pales in comparison. Granted, the food wasnt bad, and the portion sizes were great, but frankly, you can get better Thai elsewhere. Also, the ordering process (with two kids) always makes you feel rushed.

Would give it negative stars. Dont let them fool you, this is not Thai food. Its run by PF. Changs and the food is terrible. Ordered extra spicy and got crap that tasted like they poured a gallon of syrup on the chicken, then sprinkled in a tiny of Thai chile sauce. If you like real Thai food, run away! Way over priced too

My food was tasty - shrimp california roll and wonton soup. You can order online easily, customize it, and you actually get what you order! The menu is fairly extensive and the lighter options are a plus. The takeout counter is quick and the two black girls working there were really pleasant (I dont know their names)

The best Asian food in Little Rock!!! I love the Kung Pao with shrimp ... it is fantastic! My kids love the Lo Mein and Orange Chicken. Its a clean place with excellent service, and we have never been disappointed. The only downside is that it does get crowded during peak hours, but it is well worth the wait.

This seems to be one of those "hit or miss" spots. It is either really really yummy or it has a burnt propane /fuel taste. So much so it is overwhelming. The first time I just thought it was a one time deal but it has now happened over three times. Going to keep going and start sending the toxic ones back.

Generally the staff is friendly, assisting if you need a large table, and the food is quick and fresh. Once ordered delivery for work and that was the only bad experience as the order was 45 minutes late with little communication, driver apparently lost. Overall dine in is great!

Its fast and its pretty good. I get carryout from here every now and then. The staff is very helpful and nice, they will accommodate any request. My main complaint is that attention to detail in providing sauces with items or customizations are frequently messed up.

good place for the price. convenient. They used to have coconut curry and that was my favorite order. They have something similar now, but its not the same. they do have one of those pop machines with all the flavors. lovely décor if youre eating in.

Its like PF Changs but more fast food oriented, and better in my opinion. Food never sits. Always comes out hot off the wok. Military friendly! 15% off but the manager paid for my meal. Wow. Too cool. They were a 5 star even before that.

We went for a late lunch; it wasnt too busy to find a clean table but it was busy. We got our food pretty fast and it was tasty. My boyfriend thought the rice was a little overcooked but hes VERY picky. Haha. I thought it was fine.

Ordered online and tried to pick it up but was told to stand in the dine-in line. I think that defeats the whole purpose of ordering online and picking it up. Employees didnt seem to care. Will not be returning for awhile.

Fast food with an upgrade. All of the dishes I have had here are tasty. Not bad for a chain. Service is nice and they have one of those Coke machines with the million flavor combinations so come prepared.

Wait Staff is always nice and quick to respond to any need. The food is almost always perfect, and if not, it is fixed quickly. Make sure to join the rewards program. Also, they Take Apply Pay now.

Food was great, as usual. We accidentally ordered the wrong dish. Without question, Courtney, our server, replaced it. No charge. She was pleasant. She is Pei Wei putting its best foot forward.

Its so good but its always so busy at lunch. Finding a table gets kind of hairy. But the staff has gotten really good at dealing with it and they are always really friendly!
