Conway, AR location: I ordered gluten-free crust, and it took quite some time to make. I had three other people in my party, and four other people made their pizza AND RECEIVED THEIRS FROM THE OVEN before mine was even made. I waited quite a while for my pizza, as my family was already half-way finished with theirs before my husband went to check to see where mine was. It was then discovered that it had been boxed and given to another man, (who had already walked out the door and reached his car). A young woman ran out the door and asked the man to return the pizza, I assume. She returned to the counter and went to hand me the pizza! I stated “no, I want another one.” Robert stated that I would have to return to the end of the line (which had 5 other people in it), and they would make me another one. I had already waited quite a while, and his statement made me angry. I asked to speak to the manager, and he thumped his chest and said, “Right here.” I told him that it was illegal to hand food out and then try to reserve it. His response was, “oh, well." The law prohibits food-service operations to reuse any food, utensils, or containers that have been in contact with diners. I said that I wanted a refund because my family was already finished eating, and it took too long to start with. Also, this is my third time to visit this location. The first time, my pizza was served burned, the second time, I was charged for a “build your own,” when it was a one-topping, and now this time, was the worst of all. A another younger woman refunded me in cash even though I had paid with a card. I returned to the table while my family finished eating, and that same young lady approached our table. She stated that we would have to return to the register to return the cash because “it’s going to mess up my system.” She stated that she’d like to refund the card instead. After the rudeness already experienced, I really didn’t feel like complying. But we were going to comply. My husband was looking at the receipt, when she returned less than 30 seconds later. This time she said, “You have to come now.” My husband said that he’d go when he felt like it, and she responded, “This is about our other customers. This isn’t about you.” My husband asked who was the real manager because we knew it wasn’t Robert. The young lady stated, “She’s at the register.” My husband went to the register, and when he asked to speak to the manager, their response was, “She’s gone for the day." He went to the register where apparently (I guess) the real shift-manager identified herself. It was the same person that ran to the car to retrieve my pizza that was OUTSIDE WITH SOMEONE ELSE! This experience was by far over the line. None of this experience was acceptable in any way, and I personally believe these people need to be seriously reprimanded if not terminated. I welcome and expect the opportunity to speak with a corporate representative, the franchisee, as well as the real general manager.

Found this place by accident after searching for a pizza place nearby on Google. Its hidden in the very back of a strip mall which is currently under heavy construction. Almost missed it. Glad I didnt! I are here twice during the week I was in the area and will miss it. Had great pizzas with loads of fresh toppings both times. Also got the high-rise crust because I dont care for pizza on a cracker. It was awesome. Wish I had one of these near my house!

I am so excited to find a place that gives me an option for gluten free pizza! And it was yummy! The crust is really thin not heavy like most gluten free dough. They even asked if I wanted a glove change. I chose the build your own and one person made my entire pizza with the same gloves and used red sauce that hadnt touched flour. First time Ive been able to enjoy a pizza out in over two years!!! The smoked meats are also nitrIte free. :)

Excellent Pizza. We now go there anytime we want good pizza and want it quick. Even when there is a massive line I still get it faster than going anywhere else besides a buffet. Its always amazing tasting and the atmosphere inside and out is great. I know it isnt anything they can control but the outdoor eating area needs to be bigger. But they can only work with the area they have. Would recommend to anyone.

Blaze pizza had a wonderful environment and satisfying food. They have both signature and build your own pizzas, so there are many options. The price is cheap for the quality of the food. There are many ingredients and they are all fresh and good. The only peeve I have about it is the non symmetrical art on the wall, but thats just me. Well done Blaze

Delicious fresh ingredients in any quantity of toppings you like. Make sure to like them on Facebook because they are constantly offering BOGO. They offer a wide range of toppings and they cook your pizza in a fired oven where you can watch you food sizzle to perfection.

The pizza is awesome. They have a lot of good toppings. Love the idea of the business model. Only issue i had was that most of the tables are dirty but the staff didnt have a chance to clean them before someone else sat down. I will be going back again, and again.

The Pizzas are fantastic. Like a subway, but for pizza... and better. you can tell the ingredients are top notch quality and super friendly service. Funny, as good as everything is... the best part of The Blaze Pizza is their water selection!

Its ok. The Pizza is made very quick. There are very light on toppings. There is not a lot of places for kids to sit safety. And the out side siting people are smoking. We had to wipe our on Table. May try this place again later.

Great place. I went on opening day, they were giving away pizzas. The pizza was really good. Think of it as a chipotle that deals Im pizza. Around $8 a pizza any toppings you want. I advise against getting goat cheese on it

Staff are always friendly. Food is always great. And I can afford it! This place is one of my favorites for a quick bite. Only thing I dont like is the fact that I will eat the entire pizza without a second thought.

Excellent inexpensive build your own pizzas. Its cheaper than Zaza and almost as good. Look for one of their buy one get one free pizza deals that pops up on Facebook from time to time. They also offer salads here now.

Always enjoy my pizza anytime I eat at Blaze. The quality control is pretty spot on. Jim took great care of me before he moved; Now Robert Reeves has stepped in and takes real good care of us and our group. -Susan
