We order from Chanticlear quite often. Saturday when I ordered I thought Id try a different pizza for a change so I got the House special. There were 4 of us eating and my daughter almost broke her tooth on what looked like a stick. We all had these in the pizza. I pulled out 3 of them on the one piece of pizza that I ate. I am sure it probably was some type of herb but these should not be in your pizza if they can break your teeth. My daughter called to complain but they did not believe her on the phone. She put these peices of sticks in a small bag and brought them to Chanticlear. They said she probably picked them off of the ground. She ended up calling back on Monday because they did not resolve the issue. When she called and spoke to the general manager he was just as bad. He said she acts like she needs it for a house payment. He offered to give her the money back and asked that we never call them agian. WORST customer service I have ever seen.

I do like their pizza, but they seem to have a problem on the delivery side. I tried to order online from Blaine and it says I cannot, so I order from Andover online and it accepts it, then I get a call from Blaine saying Andover called them and gave them my order. Well kinda, Blaine called and said they would do my order but they do not make the stuff I ordered from Andover. I said forget it and ordered from someone else.

We order Chanticlear probably 2-3 times a month. Its very hit and miss. We usually get the 18" and sometimes the crust is black and burnt and sometimes is done perfectly. For taste, when its not burnt, I would give it a 5 star but being its not at all consistant I can only give it a 2. Theres better more consistent pizza from other places around - Broadway pizza comes to mind.

Been a customer for many many years. Pizza is excellent. Customer service is good. But now theyre charging me .83 cents to pay for my pizza with my card. WHAT?!?!?! These daays money is so tight, and theres enough competition around that wont nickle and dime you. Hope it was worth it :(

Great pizza and the owner really cares about the community and gives back. Will definitely stay a customer and pick up here even though I pass the Coon Rapids location on my way. Thanks for serving out not only fantastic food, but also compassion, Chanticlear Blaine!

Many people have different preferences for pizza. This pizza did not quite match my likings and had nothing to particularly standout. However it was solid pizza nonetheless.
