When we walked in to Quickfire around 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon (so not a super busy time) there were five people working, none of whom could muster a smile or a greeting. We stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We ordered two pizzas with regular crust and one with gluten free crust. When we ordered the gluten free crust, you would have thought we were asking the young lady helping us to climb Mount Everest based on the facial expression and sigh of inconvenience we received. I was concerned that a gluten free crust was a terribly difficult thing and maybe I shouldnt have ordered it. Turns out that she just had to walk to the cooler and take it out. I actually shouldnt have ordered it. Gluten free folk beware: the GF crust is truly terrible. You can make something better at home. The other two pizzas were relatively good, I am told. My GF pizza was flavorless and partially inedible. Some parts of the crust were so hard I could not get my teeth through. Some parts were utterly burnt, some parts were squishy and not really cooked through at all. I ended up eating just the toppings, and those were tasty. Over all, this was an unpleasant experience.

Bad staff. If there are more than 4 people in line you will wait 30 minutes for your food, if they remember it at all. I have been there 4 times in the last 2 months and they have yet to get one order right. They either burn the bottom of the pizza and tell you some lame excuse " that"s how we make it here" One girl behind the counter took 10 minutes to form a 10 inch pizza crust! That is not an exaggeration. She clearly had no training whatsoever and when this was pointed out the manager became defensive. I have better things to do with my time than training in your employees sir. Let them learn how to properly make pizza first and then they can serve the customers. Otherwise you are just wasting my time. I will go elsewhere.

Slow slow slow..... the lady making the pizzas was so slow. Had two people in front of us two pizzas each, took her 30 to 45 min to make the pizza without cook time. We ordered 2 orders of the peppadew poppers and after we had already paid the guy looked at us and said that he only had enough for 1 and a half orders and asked if that would be okay. He ended up throwing in a couple pieces of bruschetta to make up for it. At least 10 people walked out while we were waiting. This place is good, but if you dont have 2 hours to spare to eat dont bother going here

Food - it was mediocre. Crust was charred and the toppings were barely warm. Service - Awful. First thing we were greeted with was an employee containing about training new staff. We ordered and I went to get some Pepsi but it was coming out clear. Told the employee and nothing was done about it. A couple minutes later about 8-10 people came in and the first words out of her mouth were "oh god!"

It was slammed when we arrived during peak hours. It took maybe 30 minutes to order as a result. Still, the guys were working their busts off and making sure to wash their hands in between jobs. Someone really needs to streamline the process for when this happens again. As for the food, it was very good. Their pizza sauce is delicious. Ingredients were fresh.

The name is ironic with our 55 minute wait and we were the first ones in line. I feel bad for the ten people behind us that came in right after. They also had to redo our order because they burned two of the pizzas... Dont go here if you have anything planned for the rest of the night

Kind of expensive. We bought 3 pizzas intending to share them, but they came out on individual plates, an additional small plate was later brought out for my grandson. However, it felt like sharing was discouraged. Which it shouldnt be those 9 inch pizzas are $11 and more a piece.

Painfully slow service. Very disorganized. Had to remind them of our order for it to be made after we had already ordered and paid. Did not get the salad we ordered. The only redeeming quality was the pizza was delicious! However not good enough to recommend this place.

If you want good, fast pizza this is the place! Its always been quiet in here when Ive visited and Im not sure why. They have good pizza that they make right in front of you and you can watch it bake in their woodifre oven. Check it out next time youre in Stillwater.

This place rocks. We come here all the time with our motorcycle guys. The Mac N Cheese pizza (with no bacon) is amazing. Great staff, clean restaurant, amazing pizza. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended over the other food places in still water.

My wife and I went around 3:15pm, both the employees where nice and had gave us great customer service . Overall the pizza was pretty good and it wasnt busy so it only took 10 mins for us to get two pizzas. Also has a nice secluded patio.

Best pizza, but every time Ive been here the wait has been excessive, despite it not being busy at all. I literally called in my order an hour and a half before getting it this time. And they boast 90-second cooktimes..

Thai Chicken pizza is wonderful. Awesome story. The best simple ingredients (learned after talking to one of the owners). We stopped here on our food tour and it was our fav stop. Will def. stop again.

This is one of the best personal pizza places Ive been to. Each time Ive been here, they get the pizza cooked perfectly - a few bubbles and a little char on the top without burning the whole thing.
